Please bear in mind that these testimonies were written several years ago and so their appointments, titles and church attending and pastoring are correct only at the point of writing.
Testimony of Pastor Priscilla Lam
The two-day seminar on Rapture and the Great Tribulation has been very enlightening to me.
Basically, I stand as one who has not much knowledge on this topic.
I have not been taught about Pre-trib and thus do not need to unlearn.
After I had completed reading the 350-page manual before the seminar, I have no doubt that Rev George is called to teach the truth of Post-trib and to reveal the falsity of Pre-trib.
There was total conviction in the way he taught and the manner he carried out his awesome calling.
The seminar brought clarity to the sequence of events leading to the second coming of Jesus.
I am also glad that God has promised that even though we will have to go through Tribulation, we have the Holy Spirit with us. We will overcome!
I am confident that what he has shared is totally convincing.
Rev George’s teaching was vibrant, captivating, passionate, honest and humorous.
The treatment of the subject was excellent and full of in-depth research and scriptural references.
I truly enjoyed the sessions.
I certainly recommend every believer not to hesitate or procrastinate any further.
Go for the seminar, know the truth and learn from Rev George.

Testimony of Cheong Chee Keen
First, thank you for answering the call of the Almighty God to teach against the wrong doctrine of Pre-trib.
The Pre-trib teaching which teaches that the Church will escape tribulation has the danger of keeping believers in their comfort zone.
Hence, they are unprepared as they are ignorant about the tough times they will be facing.
What Christians must be taught is that they should instead be preparing themselves physically and spiritually for the difficult times ahead that must come before the return of our King Jesus!
I first learnt about the truth of Post-trib from David Pawson.
Rev George Ong went a step further when he demolished the Pre-trib belief entirely from the scriptures.
Passage after passage, verse after verse, and scriptures were compared with scriptures; all these were surfaced by him throughout the teaching to ‘hammer’ and demolish the false Pre-trib teaching.
After the seminar, I have more knowledge now.
It is not just head knowledge but the knowledge has travelled down to my heart and I now understand the false – Pre-trib rapture and the truth – Post-trib rapture.
I am now aware that there is no single explicit verse or passage that supports the Pre-trib doctrine.
Your teaching is indeed life changing.
We need more ‘George Ongs’ to be raised up with the courage to send the warning of false teachings to the churches in Malaysia and beyond.
May our Lord Jesus Christ continue to provide and guide you in your difficult journey.

Thank you, Pastor George, for conducting the 3 days of seminar for us.
Indeed, I was blessed by your teaching.
Honestly speaking, I have never taken the subject of Rapture and Tribulation seriously because it is a controversial and a difficult subject to understand.
I have always been sitting on the fence, with no conviction of a particular stand.
I was hoping that someday, the Holy Spirit will reveal to me the truth about the whole topic of eschatology.
I’ve always been a naive person but the Lord has revealed to me both the true doctrine of Post-tribulation and the false doctrine of Pre-tribulation Rapture, through Pastor George Ong.
Praise the Lord!
Today, I am absolutely convinced that the Post-tribulation is the correct teaching to follow.
I now have the courage to face the day of Tribulation because our Lord Jesus Christ has promised us He will always be with us to the end of the age.
He will enable all his faithful servants to be overcomers during the Great Tribulation as taught in the book of Revelation.
With this new-found conviction, I must start sharing it to my family and also to my dear brothers and sisters in Christ, so that we will be prepared for the day of Tribulation.
I salute you, Pastor George, and am proud of your radical faith, passion and hard work that you have invested in God’s people in teaching this topic.
Once again, thank you very much and we will remember to pray for your ministry.

Testimony of Dickson Neoh
George Ong’s Rapture and the Great Tribulation seminar has been a life-defining moment for myself.
It had made me realise that believing in either Pre-trib or Post-trib beliefs can be a matter of life and death.
His teachings on the truth of Post-trib and the falsity of Pre-trib are greatly compelling and filled with God’s conviction, coupled with nothing but the truth from the scriptures.
Each scripture on the end times was studied in detail and every argument was definitely in line with the Post-trib belief.
Rev George’s argument that gripped me most was, ‘If all believers of Christ were raptured before the Great Tribulation, who else is there to preach the gospel to the entire world?
He further argued that if the whole Church is all gone in the Pre-trib rapture, who is the Antichrist going to anti?’
Another point that convinces me about the falsity of the Pre-trib is that it has to add into the word of God in order to support its doctrine.
For example, the Great Commission in Matthew 24:18-20 was clearly given to the Church.
And the Church is to preach the Gospel till the end of the age.
Yet, Pre-trib teachers teach that it is the 144,000 Jews who will carry out the Great Commission in the last seven years before the end of the age.
The 144,000 Jews are nowhere to be found in the Great Commission in Matthew 24:18-20.
Yet, Pre-trib had the audacity to add that into the word of God just to support their doctrine.
His seminar has left a deep and lasting impact in my life because as far as I know, every point of his teaching was based solidly on the word of God.
Rev George is also a fantastic speaker.
His way of presentation, together with his humour, kept me fully awake and engaged throughout the whole 8-hour seminar.
I strongly recommend Rev George’ seminar, especially for Christians who are still hanging on to the false Pre-trib theology.
If you come with a hungry and humble heart to learn and unlearn, your mind will be changed forever.
I am really looking forward to his next end-time seminar.

Testimony of Lim Cheng Hock
When I became a Christian, I have been taught Pre-Trib doctrine and I accepted it as it is.
However, after I attended your teaching, it really opened my eyes to see that all that I have been taught and believed is not true.
In your teaching, you have made a bold claim that nothing in the Bible explicitly supports the Pre-trib doctrine.
I fully agree with you as your teaching is solidly based on the scriptures.
You have also said that the Pre-trib teachers read their ideas into the biblical text to fit their doctrine.
One such case is in Luke 21:36, when the Pre-trib teachers twist the truth by replacing the word ‘escape’ with ‘rapture’.

“Be always on the watch, and pray that you may be able to escape all that is about to happen, and that you may be able to stand before the Son of Man.”
To me, twisting the truth of His word to suit our purpose is a very serious act in the eyes of God.
You have rightly provoked me not just to selfishly think of our present generation but also to spare a thought for our future generations.
If we allow the Pre-trib doctrine to prevail unchecked, then our future generations which will even be more likely to face the Great tribulation, will be in great peril.
Many teachers will compromise on the truth rather than rock the boat but I admire your radical courage to stand up for the Truth even at the expense of being rejected by many pastors and believers.
I love your frankness and straightforward manner in your teaching.
I really appreciate your passion for the Word of God. Keep up the good work. God will open doors for you. What God opens, no man can shut.

Testimony of Albert Ting
First and foremost, I have to admit that I registered for the seminar merely because of the reputation that Rev George Ong is a funny preacher.
I also have to admit further that I did not complete the reading of Rev George Ong’s book on ‘Rapture and Great Tribulation’.
I stopped reading after some 30 pages or so when I realised that this is a seminar on the Post-trib doctrine.
Before the seminar, I was always of the view that it is okay to hold either the Pre-trib or the Post-trib view.
It is after all a mere difference in interpretation to the Rapture issue.
However, I went to the seminar with an open mind and was shocked to realise that I couldn’t be more wrong.
In the seminar, Rev George Ong gave concrete biblical evidences about the truth behind the Post-trib doctrine and proved biblically without any doubt that the Post-trib doctrine is the only true doctrine.
Rev George Ong also went into passages that are commonly used by Pre-trib preachers to support their stand and ‘tore’ them down biblically one after the other.
The seminar has not only convinced me that the Post-trib is the only true biblical doctrine but that the Church is called to be prepared for the tribulation.
Christians must remain strong and faithful to face the challenges and persecution including martyrdom.
Rev George Ong was very critical and he boldly taught against the views of the Pre-trib doctrine.
At the end of the Seminar, I cannot help but wonder if his messages would still be loud and clear if it was conducted in a less critical manner.
It was only after the seminar that these words came to me loud and clear:
“I warned everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this scroll: if anyone adds anything to them, God will add to that person the plagues described in this scroll. And if anyone takes words away from this scroll of prophecy, God will take away from that person any share in the tree of life and in the Holy City, which are described in this scroll.” (Rev 22:18-19 NIV)
Could this be the reason why Rev George Ong was so critical and bold?
To conclude, the seminar has really stirred my heart spiritually.
It has also made me more ‘hungry and thirsty’ for God’s words.
I thank Rev George Ong for making me realise that I am that ‘fair weather’ Christian who will not stand a chance if the tribulation is to take place now.
Hence, I ought to exercise radical faith to live in these radical times.
I thank Rev George Ong for his boldness to speak and stand up for the truth.
I pray to God to open the eyes of all the hearts of Christians to see the truth.
Thank you, Rev George for stirring my heart and the hearts of many.
You have made me realise the importance of the correct interpretation of His words.
Now, I am definitely a Post-tribber! (I was a Mid-tribber before the seminar).
And to Rev George Ong, you are indeed a hilarious preacher who has brought us so much laughter in and through our learning.
