I exposed Joseph Prince’s fraudulent claim when he wrote:
in ‘Eat Your Way to Life and Health,’
the Holy Communion
“is more powerful
than any medicine,
any medical procedure,
any antibiotic,
and any chemotherapy
used to heal our bodies.”
To say that the sovereign God can heal through any means
is one thing.
But to say as Joseph Prince did
that the Holy Communion – not God
“is more powerful
than any medicine,
any medical procedure,
any antibiotic,
and any chemotherapy
used to heal our bodies,”
is a different matter altogether.
To say that God can use any means to heal
is perfectly alright.
But to say as Joseph Prince has taught
that God will and must heal
– just because we partake of the bread in the Holy Communion
as many as 3 times a day like we take medicine,
is not only heretical
but a severe impingement on His sovereignty.
Following this article,

let me feature 6 testimonies
of those who spoke against such a scam.
Four of them wrote (most recent comments)

concerning Joseph Prince’s claim:
Testimony No 1:

“Just before Covid,
a lady was first diagnosed with Stage 1 breast cancer,
the standard medical procedure is surgery
to cut off the tumour followed by chemo
and this lady would have a very high probability of success
or even perhaps living another 10-15 years more.
First thing first, this lady chose to hide the cancer
because as according to Joseph Prince,
your little faith is the reason why you are sick.
Then this lady chose not to follow medical SOP,
instead, she listened to Joseph Prince
and took “Dr Joseph Prince’s communion” 3 times a day.
Written in her medical notes
were “Dr Joseph Prince’s” claims
about the power of his “communion”
and also “speaking” the tumour out of existence.
The cancer became Stage 4 within a few months
and only then chose medical SOP (surgery and chemo)
with all necessary follow-ups.
However, the actions were too late.
The cancer never left this lady
despite taking Communion 3 times daily
as prescribed by “Dr Joseph Prince” and medical treatment.
This lady passed away in less than 3 years.
This lady was my mother.
As I was residing overseas,
I flew back immediately,
when I was finally informed of her grave condition.
Due to Covid restrictions,
I only had a couple of hours to see her
before she passed away.
Therefore, it is through my personal experience
that I tell you this;
“Dr Joseph Prince” is nothing more than a scam,
and the same bullshit comes out of his mouth and behind.
In his own words,
he claims that his medicine (“communion”)
is cheaper and works better than the real doctor’s.
If you check the Holy Bible or ask any ordained pastor,
the “communion” that “Dr Joseph Prince” is selling,
is not the same as the Holy Bible’s communion.
Therefore, the “communion”
that “Dr Joseph Prince” is selling
is nothing more than his own concoction
designed merely for his own profits.
Human beings have followed “Dr Joseph Prince”
and paid a heavy price.
Forget about getting an apology
or removing such claims from his book;
this “Dr Joseph Prince” belongs in JAIL.
Period.”

I have a friend from New Creation Church,
who suffered from illnesses
and believed hook, line and sinker
on Joseph Prince’s Holy Communion doctrine.
She eventually returned home to be with Jesus
and her husband backslide eventually
because he questioned why God never healed his wife
despite believing Joseph Prince’s Holy Communion doctrines.
Very sad.”

Testimony No 4:

“I was reflecting on my uncle’s passing.
He passed away at the end of August last year
due to nose cancer.
He was diagnosed with the cancer in October 2021,
and after that, he could no longer work.
So, he and my aunt moved to my grandmother’s house,
and my mother and I also moved in to help out.
This way, my aunt wouldn’t get too tired caring for him.
I often drove my uncle to the hospital for treatments.
The doctors mentioned that he was very obedient
and followed their instructions 100%.
After about a year,
I took him to Kuala Lumpur for a check-up,
and the doctors said the tumour wasn’t growing,
but he still needed to be cautious
and come in for monthly check-ups.
My uncle followed the doctors’ advice
and eventually moved to Kuala Lumpur
to stay with my cousins.
In his free time,
he watched sermons on YouTube
and started listening to Joseph Prince.
One day, he and my aunt called my mum
to say how much they liked his teachings.
My aunt said they finally understood
the meaning of the Bible after listening to him.
My mum didn’t know how to respond
and told me about it,
and I was shocked they chose to listen to Joseph Prince.
He’s a deceptive preacher,
and my church, along with our senior pastor,
has warned us about him and Joel Osteen.
Later, I tried to tell my uncle and aunt
that Joseph Prince’s teachings are false,
but my uncle defended him.
A few months after that, at the beginning of 2023,
my uncle’s cancer relapsed.
He stopped talking to me as much
because he was very weak
and usually only spoke to my aunt,
who would relay things to my mum.
I suggested to my mum that he should go back to the doctor,
but she said he no longer believed in what the doctors said
because he felt discouraged by them.
One day, my aunt drove him to our house,
and I got the chance to speak with him.
I asked why he wasn’t following the doctor’s advice anymore,
and he told me that the doctor discouraged him.
I replied that just because a doctor might be discouraging
doesn’t mean he should stop seeing them altogether.
He responded that he wanted to declare healing by faith.
I sensed he was hiding something from me.
Later, I told my mum
that I suspected my uncle
was following Joseph Prince’s teaching.
At the end of August 2023, my uncle passed away,
and I was there to witness it.
The doctor asked my aunt
why she hadn’t brought him to his appointments,
but my aunt remained silent.
After his passing,
I came across your video on YouTube (Rev George Ong) by Joseph Prince
about how Holy Communion can heal the sick,
which made me wonder
if my uncle had refused to see the doctor
because he was following that teaching.
I asked my aunt, but she didn’t respond.
At one point,
I noticed my aunt purchasing a Joseph Prince book online.
After my uncle passed,
my mum and I visited her house,
and I saw the book there.
I’ve seen several of your (Rev George Ong) videos
explaining how Joseph Prince teaches
that Holy Communion can heal the sick,
which makes me wonder if that influenced my uncle.”
Testimony No 5
Melissa Thangavellu’s Testimony:
“A member of my family
attended New Creation Church (NCC) for many years.
As she sat under the teachings of NCC,
I began to notice a great negative difference in her character.
All she knew about the Christian Faith
was what she heard preached from the pulpit.
She never bothered to read her Bible personally
and relied heavily on the teachings of Joseph Prince.
She only talked about grace and grace only.
She professed that God will never be angry with her (as taught by Joseph Prince)
because Jesus has forgiven
all her past, present and future sins at the cross.
She did not believe in the warning of Hebrews 10:26 (NIV),
“If we deliberately keep on sinning after we have received the knowledge of the truth, no sacrifice for sins is left.”
Her erroneous beliefs
led her to cling onto unforgiveness,
bitterness and all kinds of negative emotions.
When I told her that we have to release forgiveness to others
and let God handle our injustices,
she replied that she was justified to feel the way she did,
and that Jesus understood her feelings.
As time went on,
her health greatly deteriorated to the point
where she had many sicknesses
such as breast cancer, heart attacks,
pulmonary hypertension and other bodily afflictions.
These toxic emotions had led her to open many doors
and eventually sicknesses invaded her body.
To make matters worse,
in her unrepentant sinful condition,
she went on taking the Holy Communion
claiming the blessings of God, health, wealth and prosperity.
She went on to take the Holy Communion,
still clinging to her bitterness, unforgiveness
and various other emotional baggage.
Instead of receiving healing and life,
all she received was a greater deterioration in her health.
One day, whilst in prayer,
I explicitly heard the Holy Spirit tell me to tell her
not to take the Holy Communion
because she was unwilling to deal with so much of her sinful baggage.
I was trembling because to tell someone
not to take the Holy Communion
is a serious matter,
and I had to really wait on the Lord
to reaffirm whether I should be telling her so.
Finally, after being certain, I told her.
She turned around
and accused me of being the devil’s advocate.
She really believed that it was the devil working through me
to stop her from taking the Holy Communion.
I shared with her 1 Corinthians 11:27-32.
She refused to believe verse 28,
that everyone ought to examine himself
before partaking the Holy Communion
and that you could bring judgement on yourself.
In 1 Corinthians 11:30, it states
“That is why many among you are weak and sick, and a number of you have fallen asleep.”
Even though verse 32 states that we can be judged by the Lord,
she simply was too brainwashed by Joseph Prince’s teachings
to receive any light of the truth.
She had been taught by Joseph Prince
that to examine herself is engaging in sin-consciousness
and she believed the lie of Joseph Prince
that the Lord will not judge her.
Sadly, as she turned a deaf ear
to the prompting of the Holy Spirit
and went ahead in taking the Holy Communion,
her health took a turn for the worse.
One day, she held my hand and admitted
that she noticed that every time she took the Holy Communion,
her health became worse.
She confided in my relative (also from New Creation Church)
who encouraged her to take the Holy Communion
and not to listen to me.
I came to know
that she started to take the Holy Communion
behind my back through our maid.
Finally, her health came to the point of no return,
and she passed away.
Over the years,
I had to sadly watch her make excuses
for the unforgiveness and bitterness, etc that she clung to
– all with the excuses that God understands
and loves her unconditionally (Joseph Prince’s teachings).
All the negative emotions that she clung to
eventually led to a great decline in her health
and eventually to her death
– still entrenched in Joseph Prince’s teachings.
What was really appalling
was that I personally witnessed a degradation in her character,
all because she was totally brainwashed
by the false grace teachings of Joseph Prince.
Nothing I warned her ever got through.
Joseph Prince’s teachings are both dangerous and lethal.
If you sincerely seek the TRUTH
and not what appeals to your flesh and itching ears,
you will come to discern the serious errors in Joseph Prince teachings.
The grace teachings of Joseph Prince
may appear to be ‘correct’ on the surface,
but they are all heresies and cunningly crafted lies,
and sting you like a poison in the end.
May God deliver all of Lord Jesus’ sincere disciples
from such heretical teachings.”
Testimony No 6
Daniel Tay’s Testimony:
“Another of his (Joseph Prince’s) ridiculous teaching
is that taking Holy Communion
can make you healthy and young.
The more you take the Holy Communion, the better.
My wife has a weakness for beauty.
She always wants to be beautiful.
She spends a lot of her time beautifying herself.
So once she heard that,
she actually bought a big bag of biscuits, communion cups
and ribena and kept eating them every day.
I ‘caught her’ eating very often.
Then my son also followed suit.
He also bought one big bag of biscuits and cups.
He too kept eating the biscuits.
So I (after I came to my senses and left New Creation Church)
said to them,
“Are you crazy?
How can you take communion so lightly?
How can you keep eating the bread and drinking the cup?”
Their reply was that
it was Joseph Prince who told them to eat them
as often as they can.
The more they eat,
the healthier and younger they would become.
Then I noticed after my wife and son
had eaten the Holy Communion for a period of time,
my son got into very serious throat bleeding.
He was hospitalised and had to go for surgery.
I then told them they cannot go on eating so frivolously.
They must respect God and do it biblically
because if they have unconfessed and unrepentant sin
and partake the Holy Communion disrespectfully
over long periods,
something ‘bad’ could happen to them.
After my wife had eaten so often,
she suffered from bad joint pain.
She visited doctors secretly
as she wanted to keep this from me.
So I warned them
because they have taken the Holy Communion disrespectfully,
they have become sick.
I reminded them that I don’t partake the Holy Communion
in the way Joseph Prince teaches
and I had not become sick
and I am always in very good health.”
In a sermon, Joseph Prince said;
“I say to you in Jesus’ name
when you partake of the Lord’s supper today,
tomorrow morning,
you’re going back to work strong, healthy, young.
The more you partake,
the stronger you become.
The more you partake,
the younger you will be, Amen.
I’m telling you this, Church,
God chooses the weak things to confound the mighty.
God uses a piece of bread
to put to naught that tumour in your body.
Hallelujah!
This is the greatest radiation there is.
This is the greatest antibiotic you can ever take.”
Finally, let’s hear from Rev Beh Soo Yeong,
Senior Pastor of The Bible Church, Singapore;
“For example, he (Joseph Prince) says
that if you are not well,
you must take communion as often as possible.
You heard that before.
Ya, I’ve taught this over this pulpit before, right, ya,
take communion as much as possible,
in fact, 3 times a day, if you want to.
At best, that is medication, right?
Communion is not a medication,
but this preacher (Joseph Prince) has been telling them,
yes, this is what it is, take communion;
and worst is divination.
… And I realise if I really love the flock,
I need to speak up and tell the flock, be careful.
This Pastor, some of you may already know.
He’s none other than Joseph Prince
from New Creation Church.
And I know that this is recorded.
But I want to warn you, okay
that this is a very heretical teaching
that we ought to be mindful and careful about.’
May every Pastor in Singapore
follow the excellent example of Rev Bey Soo Yeong,
who dares to declare Joseph Prince to be a heretic
on pulpit in the worship service
because Rev Soo Yeong loves the flock!

and church leaders in Singapore.
They can have many groups to unite churches,
but none dares to speak up for God’s truth.”

Please think, when he tells you not to stop taking medicine,

So, I believe that he should now show more responsibility

who have radically believed and practised
what he has written deceitfully in his books.
I don’t think what he said (in one of his sermons) is sincere
and good enough to correct all the wrong

If he is really sincere about his apologies or regrets
for causing the death of someone

he should at least stop the sales of his books on Holy Communion.
Well, this is the least that he can do.
However, if he can’t even do that,
it shows that he will continue to deceive even more people
and if possible at all cost.
I can only write so much in my comments
to stop people from falling into this wicked trap;

can probably do more
to demand, confront, or rebuke Joseph Prince
and pursue for bigger apologies from him
if they really want to do something for the deceived,
the innocent, and the dead.
There is no need to be afraid of taking actions

Call for your pastor/elder to pray over you,

and the prayer of faith shall save the sick (James 5:14-16).
The other biblical way
is they will lay hands on the sick

to personally lay hands on his sick members.
Nowhere in the Bible does it direct the sick
to partake the Holy Communion.
Nor confess like a mantra that he or she
is the righteousness of God
to be delivered from addictions.
Joseph Prince’s teachings are meant
to abdicate the pastor’s responsibility
to pray for his sick sheep, personally
because it will then prove or disprove
whether Joseph Prince has the healing anointing
that he claims to possess.
Some will call what Joseph Prince does as wayang.
If Joseph Prince has the gift of knowledge
and call out specific healing
to thousands of attendees,
there should be testimonials
because word of knowledge and gift of healings
operate together as twins by the Holy Spirit.
Sadly, some backaches and body pain reported
