Joseph Prince’s shameless double-talk about whether Jesus’ disciples were saved before the cross – By Rev George Ong (Dated 21 Apr 2023)

Joseph Prince, who uses social media extensively to preach his heresies, is a serial double-talker – Double-Talk No 2

For Double Talk No 1,

“Joseph Prince double-talks about his doctrines & makes Jesus a liar in the Sermon on the Mount”;

In a weekly Sunday sermon aired on YouTube, 5 days ago, on 16 Apr 2023, Joseph Prince said;

Please click here to view the 50-second video:

“And then Peter said to Him, “You shall never wash my feet!” (Jesus answered him), “If I do not wash you, you have no part with Me.”

Now some people say, “Well, that shows salvation. He says ‘You have no part with me.’”

No, salvation is, He should have said, “You have no part in Me.” It is not the Greek word ‘en’, ‘in’. ‘En’ is the Greek for ‘in’ in English. It is the word ‘Meta’ in Greek for “with Me.”

In other words, you cannot walk with Me. You (Peter) are saved. You (Peter) are born again.”

Then Peter said after He says, “What I’m doing you do not know now.” Peter (said), “You shall never wash my feet!” “If I don’t wash you, you have no part with Me.” Okay, not no part in me. That’s salvation.

But Peter is saved. Alright, they (Jesus’ disciples) are all saved.

No part with me. In other words, you cannot walk with me. You are still a believer. But there’s no co-labouring; no walking together. No communion.”

In this sermon, 5 days ago on 16 Apr 2023,

Joseph Prince said that

Peter and Jesus’ disciples were saved

in the Upper Room in John chapter 13

before the cross.

But in an earlier sermon, what Joseph Prince said

totally contradicts his current position.

Joseph Prince said in a 30-second video;

Please click here to view:

“… Matthew, Mark, Luke and John is Jesus still under the law. All his disciples were under Law.

In fact, let me tell you this. None of the disciples (Christ’s disciples) were saved or born again.

How can they be saved? Nobody was saved. They were followers. Yes. They were disciples. Yes. But they were not saved.

Why? How do I know that?

Because Jesus has not yet died. He has not risen again. So they were followers of Jesus.

Were they Christians? No. They were disciples. Put that right.

He has not yet died. He has not yet risen. How can they be saved?”

In this earlier sermon, Joseph Prince categorically asserts

that no one, including Jesus’ disciples/apostles was saved, during Jesus’ earthly ministry

until the death of Christ on the cross and His subsequent resurrection.

One moment, in this earlier sermon, Joseph Prince said

Peter and Jesus’s disciples weren’t saved

until the cross and Jesus’ resurrection.

And the next moment, in Joseph Prince’s latest sermon on 16 Apr 2023,

he said something that is totally the reverse

– that Peter and Jesus’s disciples were saved

in the Upper Room, before the cross and Jesus’ resurrection.

Are you dumbfounded by Joseph Prince’s revolting double-talk?

Are you sick and tired of Joseph Prince’s constant and endless flip-flops and self-contradictions?

Can you honestly trust this so-called world-renowned teacher of grace,

who says one thing at one time and another at another time?

If we cannot accept such blatant flip-flops and self-contradictory statements from an ‘ordinary’ person,

how can we ever tolerate the same misdemeanours

that come from a so-called preacher of the gospel?

And why do millions around the world

continue to adore and even idolise him

even though he has been proven

as a serial double-talker and serial liar?

This must be one of the greatest church scams in modern times!
