Announcement No 1:

An Ex New Creation Church member, Lindsay Lim,

alerted me to a Fake Facebook & Instagram account

attributed to my name

with my photograph and some of my materials

featured in it.

It included a wrong fact

and ‘promoted’ me to Bishop, ‘Bishop George Ong’.

It also implied that I may have passed away.

The funny thing is

I have never had a Facebook or Instagram account

in my name before, even today.

I am alerting you to this

so that if you come across it, it is fake.

I thank Lindsay Lim for being supportive of my ministry

and working hard to spot such irregularities.

Announcement No 2:

Please refer to the Appendix

for the Featured YouTube comments.

Joseph Prince is a cult leader who exercises great powers over his cult members.

I have the authority to make the above statement

as I have viewed/listened to

‘tons’ of Joseph Prince’s videos/audios.

I have also received ‘tons’ of mails

from Joseph Prince’s supporters,

many of them are hate mails

mainly through my YouTube channel

(most of them, I have not published).

Just from a simple analysis of these mails

will indicate that these people who wrote them

have blindly and slavishly supported Joseph Prince.

In their minds, Joseph Prince can never be wrong.

Even if he is wrong on major doctrinal issues,

they would somewhat excuse his wrong doings

and still considered him as an anointed preacher of God.

To illustrate this, let me feature just one example.

This is a comment from one of Joseph Prince’s supporters

who wrote in my YouTube channel (unpublished on YouTube)

in response to a previous article:

“Rev George Ong, you are so wrong.

When Joseph Prince’s child died, God did heal her.

She is in heaven and 100% healed.

I had a child and my child died.

My son was 100% healed from every pain, every hurt.

God says he will heal us and he can’t go back on his word.

You say a couple would hold onto the words

and may leave the faith.

That is on them but that does NOT change the fact

that God indeed heal us 100%.

My brother-in-law, who, in his later years got cancer.

He just died, we prayed.

We had faith that God would heal him.

We wanted him out of his pain.

Well, the day he died,

we knew that God finally healed him 100%.

How about preaching the word like Joseph Prince

and not knock other pastors down?”

I believe I do not need to explain much for you to realise

that this is an extreme form of rationalisation

– an extreme way of slavishly supporting Joseph Prince

that he can do no wrong.

When we and even Joseph Prince talk about being healed,

we are referring to being healed on this side of heaven.

No healing is needed on the other side of heaven

as we would all have new and incorruptible bodies.

Here is a perfect example of a cult member

slavishly supporting his/her cult leader, Joseph Prince.

To this person and many others,

when Joseph Prince prayed for healing

and someone is healed,

they would shout with victory

that Joseph Prince’s healing doctrine

that God will heal everyone is proven.

But when another person

who have been prayed for healing, died,

they would still say Joseph Prince’s healing doctrine

– that it is God’s will to heal everyone

is still right,

as the same person, who is now in heaven

is 100% healed from pain.

If this is not an extreme form of rationalising,

I don’t know what is.

I want you to note that this person

who wrote the YouTube comment,

is one who had gone through the pain and trauma

of the death of his/her child and brother-in-law.

while being prayed for healing.

Yet, instead of questioning Joseph Prince’s healing doctrine

– that God will and must heal everyone,

they are so slavishly loyal to Joseph Prince

that they have gone over to extreme rationalising

that God still heals 100%

even though He didn’t.

(God can heal but that doesn’t mean He will heal everyone.)

So, can you see that for this person

(and mind you, there are multitudes of others),

nothing can convince them

about the wrongdoings of Joseph Prince.

Being their cult leader,

Joseph Prince has to be right

and he can do no wrong.

The frightening thing is that

for those who have unrepentantly chosen

to believe the lie of Joseph Prince’s false teachings,

a point is reached when God Himself will give up on them,

and He will harden their hearts even further to believe the lie,

as He had done to the Pharaoh of Egypt (2 Thess 2:11-12).

We need to pray hard for these people

who have been under Joseph Prince’s occultic influence

that they would come out of it before it is too late.

(This article was also sent to Rev Dr Ngoei Foong Nghian, General Secretary, National Council of Churches of Singapore (NCCS) office, and for the attention of the Executive Committee Members.)

In the sermon on 7 July 2024, 2 days ago,

Joseph Prince said;

Please click here

to view the 30-second video:

“And I believe that the gospel is still the answer.

Somehow, when we see things in the church, for example.

A Pastor, like myself, I know, my heart goes out to Pastors.

When a Pastor sees the church, Wah,

having challenges and problems in the area of sin,

the kind of thing.

Ya, we got to preach more on the fear of the Lord.

We got to preach more against sin.

The problem is that I see in the Bible

even when bad things happen,

God wants His people to be occupied with Christ.

Occupied with the positive.

Occupied with His glories, His beauty, His excellency.”

Most of you ought to know by now

that Joseph Prince does not believe

that unbelievers need to repent before they are saved.

All they need do is to believe.

This explains why he does not preach against sin.

This is because repentance is tied to sin.

Repent from what – from sin.

This is a blatant departure from the true gospel

– being that unbelievers need to first repent from sins

and then to believe in Jesus.

Joseph Prince’s false gospel was exposed

by Michael Brown and David Pawson.

In a teaching session, Michael Brown said;

Please click here

to view the 30-second video:

“What is Jesus saving us from?

Simple question.

What’s He saving us from?

Eternal damnation.

Is that the only thing He is saving us from?

What’s written in Matthew 1:21?

You shall call His name Jesus

for He will save His people from their sins.

Matthew 1:21, He saves us from sin.

So, salvation is salvation from sin.

And that’s why, the first word of the gospel is ‘repent’.”

In a teaching session, David Pawson said;

Please click here

to view the 5-minute-30-second video:

“The very first step of entering the kingdom

has always been: repent.

And in the New Testament,

repentance passes through 3 stages:

very simply – thought, word and deed.

Therefore, repentance takes time.

And the trouble is

when you are trying to lead someone to Christ

in five minutes at the end of a meeting,

while the bus is waiting for them,

you can’t take them through repentance properly.

And so, we just make them say a sinner’s prayer:

‘Lord Jesus, I’m sorry for all my sins;

I invite you into my life. Amen.’

That is not repentance.

Somebody comes to me and say,

‘I’d like to be a Christian.’

‘O you’d like to have your sins forgiven?’

‘You’d like to be saved from your sins?’

‘Then you tell me what sins you want to be saved from?’

I find that’s when repentance begins.

In fact last time, I was in ??

I had to advise someone to go home

and burn his Freemason’s apron,

which he did.

And we need sometimes to do that.

In Ephesus, they burned thousands of pounds of occult books.

You read Acts 19.

This is all part of the deeds of repentance.

And this has been so neglected in our preaching

that no wonder the Lord is having to tell Christians

and go back and repent and put things right.

But when they do there is tremendous relief.

I was preaching in Aberdeen for 3 nights

in the central theatre there.

And after the second night, a girl came up to me.

She was very upset, she was blotchy faced,

she was crying, she was shaking and she said,

‘Oh Mr Pawson, you’re frustrating me.’

She said,

‘I want to be a Christian.

I’ve tried to be a Christian.

I’ve gone forward at every evangelistic meeting

in Aberdeen for 18 months,

including the Luis Palau crusade.’

And she said,

‘Nothing has changed. Nothing has happened.

I’ve signed cards. I’ve been counselled.

I’ve been to classes, nothing has happened.

I’m beginning to doubt if there’s anything in it,

but I still want to be a Christian.’

What do you do with a girl like that?

I looked her in the eye. I said,

‘Who are you living with?’

She said,

‘I live with a young man.’

I said,

‘Are you married to him?’

‘You are living as if you were married?’

‘Why aren’t you married?’

“Well, he doesn’t believe in it,

he says it’s just a legal bit of paper.

As long as we love each other,

that’s all that matters.’

I said,

‘Well, you’ve got a very difficult decision to make.

I wish I could make it for you but I can’t.

You’ve got to make it.

You’ve got to decide which man you want to live with

– that young man or Jesus.’

And then she really got angry.

She said,

‘No one else told me I had to do that.’

But I said,

‘You’ve told me you’re getting nowhere

with any of the others.’

I said,

‘Jesus won’t join an arrangement like that.

You’ve got to decide.’

Now if this was a preacher’s story,

I’d tell you she fell on her knees,

confessed and was gloriously saved.

But I’m afraid it’s not a preacher’s story.

It’s the truth.

So, I’d better tell you the truth.

She ran out of that theatre sobbing her heart out.

And I have thought of that girl again and again and again.

I know how Jesus felt about the rich young ruler

who wouldn’t give up his money.

Do you know what the problem was?

Everybody who’d counselled that girl

had told her to believe in Jesus.

They hadn’t started by saying,

You see.

And so, she was stuck.

So often that’s the problem.

We’ve started at step number 2 (Believe in Jesus).

Jesus and John the Baptist

and Peter on the Day of Pentecost

all started with the word,

Repenting is a serious business.

How do we help someone to be serious?

I very much doubt if they would be serious

unless something, a fear is in the relationship.

The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.

And we need to help people

into the right kind of fear to be serious.

And I think you can best do that

by pointing out where their present way of life will lead them.

And the word I’ve found most helpful

in helping people to realise that is the word, ‘Perish.’

And God so love us that He didn’t want us to perish.

That’s what hell is.

It’s a place where you are no use to yourself,

to others or to God.

And you spend the rest of your existence with people

who are no use to you, or to themselves or to God.

I can think of nothing more terrible than that.

That’s the end product of living without God.

The fear of becoming utterly redundant in God’s universe

– that’s the fear of the Lord.

Jesus said,

‘Don’t fear those who can kill your body,

rather fear Him

who can destroy body and soul in hell.’

Note that the way

which Joseph Prince and David Pawson preach the gospel

are diametrically opposed.

Joseph Prince despised the preaching

on the fear of the Lord, and repentance and sin,

whereas David Pawson placed a high priority

on both issues.

One is a false gospel preached by Joseph Prince

and the other, the true gospel preached by David Pawson.

So, don’t be deceived by Joseph Prince

with his constant boast that he had won multitudes of souls

into God’s kingdom.

The simple reason is

– a false gospel cannot and does not save.

One cannot help but conclude that

Joseph Prince’s church is full of false converts.

Article 2: Joseph Prince read his critics’ articles & despised them as the religious ones – By Rev George Ong

In a Sunday sermon, Joseph Prince said;

Please click here

to view the 7-second video:

“Even the one that criticise you,

you know the people that criticise me and all that,

you know how I see them?

Precious in my heart of my Lord Jesus.”

Wah, so touching!

True or not?

But in a Sunday sermon on 7 July 2024, 2 days ago,

Joseph Prince said;

Please click here

to view the 25-second video:

“Why not we give them a verse so that they think that,

that, you know, they at least found a verse in the Bible?

Or else, they go back and say

that Pastor Prince didn’t use any verse

like he was accused last week.

Even everything I’m sharing is from the Bible

but people need to see it down there

for the religious ones.”

First, I must thank Joseph Prince

for following the articles on my website.

As for him to know he was accused by his critics last week,

simply means he has read the articles.

Second, the word ‘religious’ that he said on video

is a pejorative term

that Joseph Prince frequently uses against his critics.

One moment,

Joseph Prince sentimentally said his critics were precious to him.

The next moment,

he sarcastically remarked that they were the religious ones.

One moment, Joseph Prince acts like an ‘angel’.

The next moment, he becomes the ‘devil’.

How could people ever trust

this serial and unrepentant double-talker?

Article 3: Joseph Prince says every believer will become a Mr Universe & Miss Universe – By Rev George Ong

In a Sunday sermon on 7 July 2024, 2 days ago,

Joseph Prince said;

Please click here

to view the 1-minute video:

“And when it happens in the Book of 1 Corinthians 15,

it says that in the twinkling of an eye, you see the eye,

look at someone’s eye, and there’s a twinkle.

That’s how fast the rapture will happen

and then our bodies are changed.

The rapture is good news.

We are going to have a body that will be like.

I believe it’s going to be muscular without the work.

It’ll be a good-looking body.

Everybody is going to be good-looking. Amen.

And everyone will become a Mr Universe for every man.

Every lady become a Miss Universe.

Okay, I don’t care how unpopular

it is to talk about such things nowadays,

and all that, you know what I mean,

common sense people.

You understand what I mean.

Right, you understand, right.

What is a woman,

what is a man? Amen.”

By saying that;

“We are going to have a body that will be like.

I believe it’s going to be muscular without the work.

It’ll be a good-looking body.

Everybody is going to be good-looking. Amen.

And everyone will become a Mr Universe for every man.

Every lady become a Miss Universe,”

Joseph Prince has daringly added to the word of God.

There is nowhere in the scriptures that tells us

we will all look like Mr and Miss Universe

in our resurrected/raptured bodies.

This is not the first time

Joseph Prince has added to God’s word.

He has done that plenty of times.

A preacher who treats God’s word with such utter disrespect

can never be a true teacher of God’s word.

So, beyond what was revealed

about what our resurrected/raptured bodies may look like,

any attempt to sensationalise it,

such as our bodies would be like that of Mr and Miss Universe,

is adding to God’s word.

And adding to God’s word repeatedly and recalcitrantly,

would mean that Joseph Prince would come under a curse:

Revelation 22:18-19 NIV

18 I warn everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this scroll: If anyone adds anything to them, God will add to that person the plagues described in this scroll.

19 And if anyone takes words away from this scroll of prophecy, God will take away from that person any share in the tree of life and in the Holy City, which are described in this scroll.

Featured YouTube comments:

Note this comment is a critique of my website:

“Several pastors in Singapore

are preaching similar message

(Inclusion by George Ong: that all future sins are forgiven without confession and repentance)

as Joseph Prince

for the past 10 years in Singapore.

It is obvious Rev George have not been around enough.

Joseph Prince is the most famous,

but he is not the only famous one.

Unfortunately, there are also many other churches in Singapore

with the same or similar message.”

These are the comments of those

who wrote against the above critic:

(George Ong’s inclusion: it is obvious that the person who wrote the above is not aware that I have been around the Christian scene since 1967, 57 years ago.)

“Don’t fabricate such information to mislead and deceive.”

“Name the pastors/churches here.

If you have no evidence to prove what you said,

you are just here to distract everyone.

If several pastors or churches

are teaching what Joseph Prince is teaching,

Singapore is really gone case!”

“The National Council of Churches of Singapore (NCCS)

believes in this

– ‘future sins are forgiven without confession, too?’

If not, why is there no action

to excommunicate this heretic preacher of God’s Words

after so many years?

What is NCCS waiting for?

Waiting for the day for Joseph Prince to repent?”

“To say our future sins

are automatically forgiven at the cross

is pleasing to the ears of the devil.

He is having a good laugh.

‘Preach it, Joseph Prince,’ says the devil.”

“It’s not only heresy but a bad attitude

on the part of believers to accept Joseph Prince’s heresy.

We should adopt the attitude of respect and reverence for God

and not take advantage of His love and mercy.

Joseph Prince’s heresy fosters a lax attitude towards sin

and this is dangerous because our sin nature still remains.

Our attitude should be to respect and honour God,

appreciate His work of love and sacrifice, love

and thank Him and ask the Holy Spirit

to guide us in the path of righteousness

for His name’s sake.”

“Just curious.

On that Sunday, 7 July,

Joseph Prince didn’t show concern and compassion

by coming down from the pulpit,

to lay hands on the sorrier cases (not knee pain, neck pain)

and heal them.

It shouldn’t be a problem for him

after all those testimonies of healings

which are read week after week.

He could have called the pastors

to bring those cases up on the stage.

You see YouTube videos

showing people like Benny Hinn or Kenneth Copeland

personally, administering healing to the sick.

Those wheelchair-bound

were able to get up immediately and walk.

Surely, Joseph Prince is as good as they are.”

“The last few verses of the last book of the Bible

warns against adding to the book (Rev. and Scriptures in general).

The penalty is the offender

would be struck down with plagues.

Joseph Prince blatantly defies this warning (Rev 22:18-19).”

“If “future sins” are also forgiven now,

that would be equivalent to Christians

can commit whatever sins they wanted,

including sexual sins, rape, murder, etc

with no remorse/repentance.

Definitely God wouldn’t allow this.

The forgiveness of sins by God

cannot be taken out of context

and as a free ticket for Christians to sin further.

Sins are only forgiven via confession/baptism.”

“There are many errors with Joseph Prince’s teachings.

Yet, he has a huge following.

I John 1:9, according to him was not written to believers.

This is a grave error.

When I was attending New Creation Church,

I even bought CDs to give to others

on what he mentioned on 1 John 1:9.”

“The devil can promise anyone who follows him

‘riches, fame and popularity’.

Just read this:

Matthew 4:7-10 ESV

[7] Jesus said to him, “Again it is written, ‘You shall not put the Lord your God to the test.’” [8] Again, the devil took him to a very high mountain and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and their glory. [9] And he said to him, “All these I will give you, if you will fall down and worship me.” [10] Then Jesus said to him, “Be gone, Satan! For it is written, “‘You shall worship the Lord your God and him only shall you serve.’”

“He is Calvinist and not Arminian. A matter of doctrine.

Calvinist believe once saved always saved.

Well, I believe we are to repent

and ask God for his forgiveness

and walk correct in HIS sight.

The Lord’s grace abounds

as we were saved, are saved and will be saved.

The Holy Spirit is our teacher and direction.

If anyone fails to walk in the light

then he will not receive the light.

Idolatry, sorcery, fornication.

Such will not inherit the Kingdom of God.

We are to be mindful and obey.”

“He is Satanist (anti-Christ).

Who is he to say what is not relevant in the Bible

to a Christian?

If anything is not for the Christian,

why was it first place printed in the Bible?

Joseph Prince has the audacity to tell his followers

no need to read the Bible;

just listen to his teachings is good enough.

Only Satan will not want believers to read the Bible.

The whole of God’s Word is important to all Christians.

2 Timothy 3:16-17 ESV

[16] All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, [17] that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.

Another person posted this warning from Revelations.

I will post it here again.

Revelation 22:18-19 ESV

[18] I warn everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: if anyone adds to them, God will add to him the plagues described in this book, [19] and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God will take away his share in the tree of life and in the holy city, which are described in this book.

“False prophet…even Malaysians know this.”

“This Joseph Prince is a false prophet!”

“Dear Rev Ong,

There are two aspects.

The justification status is indeed true

– past, present, future sins.

But the walk of Christian living,

sanctification is only past sins.

Future sins need repentance.

Joseph Prince’s greatest error

is taking the justification by faith,

only that, without sanctification.

This is how antinomian theology happen.

Lop sided.”

“Many Christians just want hear sermons

that are pleasing to their ears,

that their sins are always forgiven

and God will bless them abundantly.

Please read 2 Timothy 4:3-4.”

“The devil certainly wants believers to think

that all future sins are forgiven without repentance

so Christians would take an easy view of sins

and succumb easily to temptation.

The devil loves such preachers.

Preach it, Joseph Prince, whispers the devil.”

“You, Joseph Prince spurt rubbish

that your future sins are forgiven.

No way.

Don’t cheat the congregation

by all your nonsensical preaching.

Do you mean you know it’s wrong

and you sin again and it goes on

Wait till your last day God is watching.”

“Repent and thou shall be saved.

Importance is to REPENT.

Jesus said, “Go and do not sin again!”

“Joseph Prince, false prophet right, I know.”

“I am from Singapore

and I really believe Joseph Prince is a false prophet.”

“Yes, John the Baptist had shown

how hypocritical the Pharisees were

when they came to God without repentance.

It’s like: they knew that they had sinned against God

and yet expected God’s ‘ASSURANCE’ of forgiveness

(before any repentance or without any repentance).

Joseph Prince has also shown how hypocritical he is

when he comes to God too.

However, he is worse than the Pharisees

because he expects God’s assurance of forgiveness for future sins

(even before any repentance or without any repentance).

It’s like: If he slapped you, he expected you to forgive him

or else he won’t apologize to you.

Now please be honest,

will you forgive him based on his expectation,

his condition, or his logic?

No, no way.

If you won’t forgive based on his expectation or logic,

what makes you think that God would forgive

based on our expectation or logic too?

Please think, if the Pharisees or disciples

came to Jesus or John the Baptist

with the same expectation of Joseph Prince,

what will happen?

I don’t think Jesus or John the Baptist

will even want to talk to them!

Luke 6:45-46 KJV

A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh. (46) And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and DO NOT THE THINGS which I say?

Matt 7:22-23 KJV

Many will say to me IN THAT DAY, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?  (23) And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

Jesus had said many things; however,

do you know which is one of THE THINGS

that many disciples (like Joseph Prince) would NOT DO?

And Jesus knew that such ‘disciples’

will demand and speak out their heart’s desires

and expectations without shame IN THAT DAY (in the last days).”
