Hey Joe, in the sermon you preached
2 days ago on 22 Sep 2024,
when you were lashing out at your critics,
you said to your congregation
that you had asked for it.
Well since you asked for it,
as you should know me by now,
I will gladly oblige.

will be fired before this week is over.

But what is detestable
is that Joseph Prince became very rich
precisely because of the Health and Wealth Heresies
that he has been preaching
that has now engulfed much of the world.
This is what is abominable!
What?
Preaching heresies,
and earning tonnes of money from those he deceived?

This is what is monstrous!

“Hello, seed of Abraham, this is your promise.
God did not just make
Abraham rich; He made Abraham very rich.
Very rich is your portion.”
By today’s standard,
Abraham would be considered a billionaire
or at least a multi-millionaire.
Joseph must answer this question
– how many percent in New Creation Church
are billionaires or at least multi-millionaires
throughout his 30 years of ministry?
I hope his answer to the question
would shut his mouth on this issue.”
Joseph Prince dared not answer my question directly
as to how many people in New Creation Church
are billionaires or at least multi-millionaires
throughout his 30 years of ministry.
But Joseph Prince answered my question indirectly
in the sermon preached on 22 Sep 2024, 2 days ago.
Joseph Prince said;

“Not greedy, always one more million,
one more million, one more million.
No, no, no.
That can destroy you. Amen.
And God loves you too much.
So, sometimes you wonder why?
God, no problem with you, what, just your little finger,
just, Tok, Wah, I become a multi-millionaire. Amen.
No problem for you.
Why, why do you let all these other billionaires,
and all that.
Why not me?
I’m a Christian, what, right?
You ever thought of that way?
You know why?
Because He loves you more.
He loves you more because He knows that
that right now, at this level, okay,
you don’t even tithe.
There are people who cannot be trusted with more.
Because the moment they have more,
there goes their wife. Sayonara.
They find new model.
And then after that, they are not happy.
I’ve seen people when they get,
especially sudden wealth, they change.
Amen, but some people when they get money,
straightaway, they indulge in their lusts.
That’s why I told you,
God loves you more than a billionaire.”

So, when I raised the issue in a previous article:
“Joseph must answer this question

Joseph Prince is now shaken
because his people in New Creation Church
would have raised a similar question as I did.
That if what Joseph Prince
teaches that every New Covenant believer
has the covenantal right
to be very rich as Abraham was,
why are there so few multi-millionaires and billionaires
who came to this level of wealth
because they came under Joseph Prince’s teaching
in the last 30 years.
So, Joseph Prince is forced or compelled
to answer my question
but more for the sake
of appeasing his people at New Creation Church.
The answer Joseph Prince gave
is focussing on why his people
have not become millionaires and billionaires yet,
are as follows:
First, his people are filled with greed,
and their wealth will destroy them.
Second, his people
cannot be trusted with great health.
Third, his people are not tithing,
perhaps, because they are stingy.
Fourth, his people with their new-found wealth
will be unfaithful to their wives
and leave them for a new wife.
Fifth, his people when they become very rich
will indulge their wealth on their lusts,
presumably, womanising.
Do you know what’s going on?
Joseph Prince is effectively accusing

And what is worst is that Joseph Prince deceptively angles it
– that the reason
they have not yet become millionaires and billionaires
is because God loves them.
This is because they are not ready to handle riches
as they are greedy, lustful, unfaithful, untrustworthy and stingy
– and that would destroy them.
And God loves them so much
that He wouldn’t want to destroy them with riches.
This is clearly abusing God’s love in order to explain away
his ‘every New Covenant believer
will become millionaires and billionaires’
that has not worked and cannot be fulfilled.
How terrible, unloving and low can a ‘shepherd’ get
– that he would go to such lengths
to accuse his own sheep for all the character flaws,
when he should be mourning and repenting
for teaching such abominable doctrines
that isn’t scriptural to start with?

of your New Creation Church members
have become millionaires and billionaires
since you took over the leadership of your church
about or close to 30 years ago?
People who are influenced by Joseph Prince,
let me ask you this question
– if what Joseph Prince teaches
that every New Covenant believer
ought to be very rich as Abraham was,
why is it not even working
in Joseph Prince’s own New Creation Church?
So, who becomes very rich in the end
– it is Joseph Prince himself.
You don’t have to be a Smart Aleck
to come to this conclusion.
Imagine how many CDS and books he has sold
on a worldwide basis
throughout his 30-odd years of ministry?
Let me list 5 of the Ex New Creation Church members
who bought tonnes of Joseph Prince’s resources.
These are representatives
of not only Ex New Creation Church members
but most who attend New Creation Church.
This will give you a clear idea
how much Joseph Prince has earned.
Lindsay Lim, an Ex New Creation Church member
for 18 years testified:
“I bought almost all of Joseph Prince’s Sunday
and mid-week services sermon cassette tapes,
CDs and DVDs
until my whole bookshelf
was full of his teaching materials.
… It was during this period of time
of intensely seeking God for answers
that God showed me how dangerous
Joseph Prince’s teachings are.
I immediately obeyed Him and threw out
all the materials, and CDs and DVDs
of Joseph Prince’s messages
that I had purchased over the years in NCC
even though they cost me thousands of dollars.
… A related point is that it was very common
to hear those who went for counselling in NCC
to receive advice
that they should just keep listening
to Joseph Prince’s teaching on videos or audios
until they receive their breakthrough from God.
They were not encouraged to seek God in His Word
or prayer at all.
They just need to listen
to Joseph Prince’s teaching long enough
and God will do a miracle for them.
Can you now see why
Joseph Prince’s CDs and DVDs are selling so well?”
Yvonne Tan, an Ex New Creation Church member
for 20 years testified:
“For years, I felt I was so blessed
by the preaching of Joseph Prince
and I would buy every single book
that he wrote and published
as I felt that he was truly an anointed preacher from God
and was the one preaching the ‘true grace’ message
that God wanted us to hear.
I would also buy his CDs and would listen to them
when I was driving or whenever I was free.
I felt it was such a blessing to be sitting under his ministry
and whatever he preaches every week,
I did not doubt them
and would take them as the ‘gospel truth’.
Joseph Prince often emphasizes
that Faith comes by hearing
and hearing of the Word.
He would advise us not to listen to preachers
who do not preach ‘true grace’
because we would easily go back
to justify our salvation by our works,
but we are to listen to his sermons.
On hindsight,
it was probably to boost the sales for his books and CDs.
Therefore, many of the NCC members that I know
usually owns many of his CDs and DVDs
because we were often reminded
to always listen to ‘sound doctrines’
which refer to his messages
and we should constantly be hearing them
in order to grow our faith.
In the later years,
Joseph Prince launched his own Joseph Prince Ministries
and there was a Joseph Prince app
which we could download
to buy all the preaching he did every week.
He likes to jokingly say that he was a ‘good’ preacher
whom we can listen to
and I think I had spent thousands of dollars
just buying many of his resources which were available.
Just think, if I, as one person,
had spent that much money,
how much would a few thousand,
out of the 34,000 people, who attend NCC spend,
just to buy the same resources.
This is just counting one church in NCC in Singapore.
But if we were to include other churches in Singapore
and the churches in the many other nations of the world,
the sales of Joseph Prince’s resources is humongous!
For Joseph Prince
to tell the world that he is not paid by the church
(what about honorarium,
and if he is paid, how much per service?)
becomes an irrelevant point
as compared to the fat and juicy income
that he reaps from such sales.”
Joyce Liew, an Ex New Creation Church member
for 14 years testified:
“We did what Pastor Joseph Prince told us
to keep on listening to his CDs
and read his published books.”

How does one keep listening to Joseph Prince’s CDs
and read his books
if one doesn’t purchase them?
This is the ingenious marketing strategy of Joseph Prince.
Prince indirectly marketed his CDs and books
under the cloak of a spiritual reason
for wanting his members to grow.
Many Ex New Creation Church members have told me
they spent thousands of dollars
purchasing Joseph Prince’s CDs and books.
This also includes the thousands
from New Creation Church
and millions around the world
who are fans of Joseph Prince
and who have done the same thing.
If one tallies the amount earned by Joseph Prince
from the sales of his CDs and books alone,
it is humongous.
You don’t need a smart Aleck
to tell you why Joseph Prince became so rich.
As far as I am concerned,
whether a speaker markets his CDs and books,
and as a result, earns the big bucks,
is finally not the real issue.
The real issue here is that Joseph Prince
is profiting from the millions from what?
– From preaching his deadly heresies
that could lead the same people he had profited from
to hell.
This is what is nauseating and ‘unforgivable’.
Tony Wong-Jensen,
an Ex New Creation Church member testified:
“I bought all his (Joseph Prince) books,
printed and eBooks, CDs/DVDs
and read all his books several times over.
I was on a high.
Little did I know that if I had checked everything
that Joseph Prince spoke and wrote
against the Holy Scriptures,
I would not have wasted my money and time.
Bishop Kuan Kim Seng then referred me
to Revd George Ong’s website and YouTube channel
and his crusade against Joseph Prince’s heresies.
I watched all his YouTube videos up to date,
then (now, 43 videos in all),
and started reading his 10 volumes of eBooks
on his website.
After viewing all his videos
and reading a portion of his eBooks,
I was convinced beyond any doubt
by what Revd George Ong had said and written
– that Joseph Prince, is indeed, a wolf in sheepskin.
Later that day, I went home angry and threw away
and deleted all of Joseph Prince’s books, CDs/DVDs
in printed and electronic form.”
Andrew Tan, an Ex New Creation Church member
for 20 years testified:
“During the initial years,
I was so sold by Joseph Prince’s grace message,
that I literally bought his CDs every Sunday,
read his booklets and books.
However, many years later,
I was led to do some soul searching
and after studying God’s Word,
I discovered that Joseph Prince is not preaching biblical truth
and many of his teachings are starkly heretical.”

how much Joseph Prince has earned

“I think we have to have the courage
to reject the health-and-wealth gospel absolutely.
It’s a false gospel.”
For those who are still influenced by Joseph Prince,
regarding his Wealth & Health Gospel,
you had better flee from this man before it is too late.

Dr Chris kang, an New Creation Church member testified:
“(16) Opaque financial accountability
and lack of transparency
to rank and file congregants
fail to inspire trust and confidence in the stewardship,
integrity, and priorities of the church leadership.
(17) Blurring of lines
between Joseph Prince Ministries, NCC,
and Joseph Prince himself
in a way that obfuscates the financial accountability
and transparency of their opaque interrelationships.
As an illustration,
it is like an academic running his own company,
using the facilities and resources of the university
that appoints him (albeit in honorary capacity),
to drive business to his company
with no proper lines
of financial reporting and accountability
made clear to fee-paying students
and sponsors of that university.
I see little if any transparency
in financial details of Prince’s church.
Overt sales pitches of Prince’s cornucopia of products
during church services and perceived conflict of interests
seem happily swept aside
by either nonchalance or something else.
A ready market for flogging of goods;
church facilities and resources
used for recording sermons and production of goods
with no apparent clear accounting;
no access to transparent accounting of how and where
money from tithing congregants is being spent
including honoraria for Prince
and pastoral staff bonuses and salaries;
no information about AGMs
or audited accounts seemingly available
– these personal observations do not inspire trust.
Perhaps such information is privy to only a few
or a smaller group of real members,
but all these signs paint a less than trustworthy image
and raises doubts on matters of integrity.
For me, it erodes confidence in how the church is run
and where its true priorities lie.
Money given voluntarily by congregants to the church
does not obviate the need
for clear financial accountability
and transparency to the congregation.
If anything,
there is an even greater moral obligation to do so.”
