In ‘Destined To Reign’, Joseph Prince wrote:
“But that was not what Jesus said to him.
Instead, Jesus gave him the law of Moses, saying,
“You know the commandments:
‘Do not commit adultery,’ ‘Do not murder,’
‘Do not steal,’ ‘Do not bear false witness,’
‘Honor your father and your mother.’”
Jesus gave him the Ten Commandments.
Why?
Because the young ruler came with pride,
believing that he could do something
to earn and deserve eternal life.
Whenever you come boasting in your efforts,
Jesus will give you the law of Moses.
Now, listen to what the young man said
in response to Jesus:
“All these things I have kept from my youth.”
Amazing!
This man actually claimed
that he had kept all the Ten Commandments
from his youth!
… The young man was probably expecting
Jesus to compliment him on his law-keeping,
and was feeling really confident of himself.
But notice what Jesus said to him.
Instead of complimenting him,
He said,
“One thing you still lack.”
You see, every time you boast in your law-keeping,
Jesus will find something that you lack.
In this case, He told the young man
to sell all that he had, give it to the poor and follow Him.”

“I myself had attended New Creation Church
for many months in 2005.
But something in me told me
that there was something not right
about Joseph Prince’s doctrines,
but I can’t pinpoint exactly what it was at that time.
And I was beginning to experience
a sense of superiority over other believers.
I then prayed to the Holy Spirit
to show me exactly what was wrong,
and I received a clear message in my mind
– “Stay away from that church!”
I obeyed and gradually the Holy Spirit showed me
the erroneous teachings of Grace by Joseph Prince.
He omitted the second part of Grace
which is Sanctification,

of both the Holy Spirit and ourselves.
If it’s just Grace by Justification,
then we do not need the Holy Spirit
to transform us into the likeness of Christ,

This is indirectly downplaying the role of the Holy Spirit,
which is s sacrilegious.”

“Joseph Prince started very well
as a teacher of the Word.
I’ve been GREATLY blessed by his ministry in the early years
(in the late 1980s and early 1990s).
Indeed, he moved mightily
in the prophetic and healing ministries back then
with the anointing of the Holy Spirit,
but UNFORTUNATELY, some strange demons crept in
when he started his radical Grace Gospel.
For many years, God had sent many brethren
to write to him
regarding the dangers of his radical Grace Gospel,
but Joseph Prince just wouldn’t listen!
He said it again and again at the pulpit
that he would not read those emails they wrote him
and he told these people openly not to write to him.
After all these decades of stubborn resistance
to being corrected by God in private,
now God is putting His Big Sledge Hammer of Correction
into the hand of his servant, Rev George Ong.
And this time, the correction is no longer in private
but in the public!
This is truly the Act of the great mercies
of our Heavenly Father
towards Joseph Prince and his followers.
I pray that their spirits be illuminated by The Truth,
and that they abandon the teachings of Lawlessness
as soon as possible!
Lawlessness will surely cost them their souls.
And as for other Christians,
may we be humbled ourselves
by observing what God’s doing in Joseph Prince’s life,
lest we commit the same mistake/sin
(for being proud and refuse to be corrected by God)
and fall under the same judgement.
