Joseph Prince said:

in your own Bible Study.”
Since Joseph Prince’s notes
are added to this ‘Joseph Prince Study Bible’,
many Christians will take it to mean
that his notes on particular Bible texts
are the right and biblical interpretation.
For example,
how did Pre-Tribulation Rapture doctrine spread?
The man most responsible for the spread
of the Pre-Tribulation Rapture doctrine in America
was C I Scofield
to whom is ascribed
the Scofield Reference Bible.
Scofield included the new Pre-Tribulation Rapture Theory
in the footnotes of his famous reference Bible
─ the Scofield Bible.
By adding his personal comments
on the same page of the scriptures being discussed,
it somehow gives the impression
of it having the same authority
as the inspired word itself.
That accounts for the spread of this doctrine.
In a teaching session, David Pawson said;
“I’m going to say something that may shock you.
Never buy a Bible with human notes in it.
By all means, buy commentaries and books
about the Bible.
But don’t buy a Bible with any human comments in it.
And I’d tell you why.
And that’s why the Scofield Bible did so much damage
because in the human notes
was this new theory
that Jesus is coming back twice,
first, to take the Church out of the world
before the big trouble,
and then coming back with the Church later,
some years later, publicly, and openly manifest.
Now, that has captured the imagination
of so many Christians.”
Friends, be warned
that the same thing is going to happen
with the
‘Joseph Prince Study Bible’.
More and more people are going to be deceived.
May I strongly appeal
to the Singapore Church Leadership:
National Council of Churches of Singapore (NCCS)
& Alliance of Pentecostal & Charismatic Churches
of Singapore (APCCS)
and every local Pastor
to speak about this development.
This is your responsibility to warn the sheep.
Do not keep silent anymore.
Shepherds who love the sheep must speak up and ‘bark’,
and not be accused of being dumb dogs.
This is our basic responsibility
as Pastors and Shepherds of God’s flock.
And if we failed to do that,
Derek Prince has rightfully said
we are no different from acting like dumb dogs.
In a sermon, Derek Prince said;
“The wolf is the natural enemy of the sheep.
In order to get amongst the flock of sheep undetected,
the wolf is attired in a sheep skin.
And as I pointed out,
the person who looks merely with his eyes or judges merely by his ears,
is liable to be deceived by the wolf under the sheepskin.
But there’s one creature there on the scene
which is not deceived
and that’s the sheepdog
because it doesn’t look with its eyes;
it doesn’t judge by his eyes and it doesn’t judge by its ears.
It’s got another scent, the scent of smell
which tells it very clearly that that thing with the sheepskin on top is a wolf.
And its job is to bark.
And that is the job of the Christian ministry
when the wolf comes in sheep’s clothing.
Isaiah 56, God says of the shepherds of Israel in His day,
they are all dumb dogs that cannot bark,
sleeping, lying down, loving to slumber.
And the man who is placed in a position of responsibility for the flock of the Lord;
if he allows the wolf to come in sheep’s clothing and does not bark
is nothing better than a dumb dog that cannot bark,
lying down, sleeping, loving to slumber.
And there are a lot of dumb dogs in some churches today.”

In the sermon on 13 Oct 2024, 2 Sundays ago,
Joseph Prince said;

“That’s how the gospel of grace came out of that.
How God gave me the gospel of grace that Paul preached,
the authentic original one.
You know when it’s original, right,
and there is a lot of, some fakes going on,
the original looks fake.
Like a Johnny come lately.
But actually, if you study what I am sharing
with the New Testament, Paul’s writings, especially,
you find it’s in line.”
Joseph Prince has lied big time
that he is preaching Paul’s gospel of grace.
As for the difference between
Paul’s gospel of grace
and Joseph Prince’s Pseudo-grace,
there are many issues that I can cover,
but let me zoom in on 3 major issues:
1. Paul teaches that Obedience to God’s Commands or Laws is still applicable under the New Covenant as opposed to Joseph Prince’s Grace without Law teaching.
It is so easy to prove
that Paul isn’t just not against the law,
but he also strongly stressed
that obeying God’s law or commandments
must be a believer’s top priority.
In a teaching session, George Ong said;

“It is not important if a man is circumcised or not,
the important thing is obeying God’s commands.” (1 Cor 7:19b NCV)
And then, this is a clear text.
I don’t know how Joseph Prince can miss it.
The important thing is obeying God’s commands.
This is the moral law.
How he (Joseph Prince) can miss that?
This is another version, ISV.
“Circumcision is nothing, and uncircumcision is nothing,
but obeying commandments is everything.” (1 Cor 7:19 ISV)
You have to remember this text.
This is a clear text
that speaks against his (Joseph Prince’s) teaching.
“It is not important if a man is circumcised or not.
The important thing is obeying God’s commands.” (1 Cor 7:19b NCV)
Obeying God’s command, Paul said that.
How did Joseph Prince got the idea
that obeying God’s command is No Pakay (not relevant)
for New Covenant people
when his so-called mentor,
the person (Paul) he (Joseph Prince) claim to learn from;
he said the important thing (is obeying God’s commands).
Another translation, ISV, same verse.
“Circumcision is nothing, and uncircumcision is nothing,
but obeying God’s commandments is everything.” (1 Cor 7:19b ISV)
Said by Paul.
How can Joseph Prince be blinded to this text?”
Seriously speaking, just one text, 1 Corinthians 7:19, alone,
is enough to expose Joseph Prince’s grace without law heresy,
and hanged him as a false prophet.
Let me show you 3 more translations on 1 Corinthians 7:19:
1 Corinthians 7:19 MEV
19 Circumcision is nothing, and uncircumcision is nothing, but the keeping of the commandments of God is everything.
1 Corinthians 7:19 NRSVA
19 Circumcision is nothing, and uncircumcision is nothing; but obeying the commandments of God is everything.
1 Corinthians 7:19 NLT
19 For it makes no difference whether or not a man has been circumcised. The important thing is to keep God’s commandments.
So, Paul did not do away with God’s law or commandments
as Joseph Prince has done,
but, on the contrary,
he stressed the vital importance of obeying it,
as it is everything.
2. To Paul, in the New Covenant, Right-Behaviour is as Important as Right-Believing as opposed to Joseph Prince’s only emphasis on Right-Believing.
In a sermon, Joseph Prince said;
“The New Covenant realities is all about right-believing
Now, we are all concerned
about right behaving, right living.
But God is more concerned about right-believing.”
Joseph Prince told a blatant lie,
when he said that
“The New Covenant realities is all about right-believing
… But God is more concerned about right-believing.”
This is a blatant lie
as the truth is that the New Covenant realities
are not all about right-believing.
It is both about right-believing and right-behaviour.
This is true of Paul’s ministry
who wrote about half of the New Testament scriptures.
Paul is utterly concerned about right-behaviour.
This becomes important
because Joseph Prince has, time and again
claimed that Paul is his mentor,
and that all that he teaches, including the teaching
that New Covenant realities is all about right-believing
is what he had learned from Paul.
Joseph Prince had blatantly lied
as Paul didn’t only teach on right-believing,
but more importantly,
he emphasised on right-behaviour and wrong-behaviour.
Didn’t Paul warn that wrong behaviours
of cheating, sexual immorality, idolatry, adultery,
homosexuality, thievery, greed, drinking,
slandering, and swindling
could forfeit the Corinthians of the Kingdom of God (1 Cor 6:7-10)?
Didn’t Paul warn that wrong behaviours
of sexual immorality, impurity, debauchery, idolatry,
witchcraft, hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage,
selfish ambition, dissensions, factions,
envy, drunkenness, orgies
could result in the Galatians being barred from the Kingdom of God (Gal 5:19-21)?
The Antinomian Joseph Prince
is so proud to be an ardent follower of Paul
as he has often claimed that what he teaches
is nothing but Pauline theology.
Joseph Prince is lying through his teeth!
Paul taught against what Joseph Prince teaches.
As opposed to Joseph Prince,
who is only interested in right-believing,
Paul taught that conduct or right-behaviour
is of crucial importance
as it can affect one’s salvation.
The following
are the sins of wrong behaviours of the Corinthians
as taught by Paul,
and the punishment by God is utterly severe:
Is Joseph Prince aware that Paul taught
– that the behavioural sin
of infighting with one another by the Corinthians
can result in God destroying them (1 Cor 3:3-5, 16-17)?
Is Joseph Prince aware that Paul taught
– that the behavioural sin
of incest can result in the person
who is guilty being handed over to Satan
for the destruction of the flesh
so that he may repent;
and if he doesn’t,
his soul will be lost forever (1 Cor 5:1-5)?
Is Joseph Prince aware that Paul taught
– that the behavioural sins
of idolatry (1 Cor 10:7), sexual immorality (1 Cor 10:8),
grumbling (1 Cor 10:10),
and not striking a blow to our body
by bringing our flesh under control (1 Cor 9:27),
may result in our disqualification from the salvation race?
Did you notice that almost everything
Paul lists in the above
falls into the area of conduct or behaviour?
How can an Antinomian
like Joseph Prince claim that conduct or behaviour
does not matter for salvation?
Paul repeatedly says that wicked conduct or behaviour
will keep one from entering God’s kingdom.
Hence, right-behaviour is utterly important to Paul.
The emphasis on conduct or behaviour by Paul
was repeated to the Colossians:
5 “Put to death, therefore, whatever belongs to your earthly nature: sexual immorality, impurity, lust, evil desires and greed, which is idolatry. 6 Because of these, the wrath of God is coming. 7 You used to walk in these ways, in the life you once lived. 8 But now you must also rid yourselves of all such things as these: anger, rage, malice, slander, and filthy language from your lips.” (Col 3:5-8 NIV)
Paul clearly states
that those who are guilty of sinful conduct or behaviour
will not escape the wrath of God.
At this juncture,
there is one very important issue for you to note.
Joseph Prince constantly teaches
that all you need to focus on is right-believing,
and he would go on to say that
we shouldn’t worry about right-behaviour.
Once your believing is right,
your right-behaviour will automatically follow.
But as you have gone through all the passages so far,
did you get the idea that
this was what Paul were getting at?
Of course not.
Paul went straight to the point to tell you
you’ve got and you better have right-behaviour
(assuming that that person is a genuine Christian)
or else…
Don’t fall into the lie of Joseph Prince
– that once A happens, B will automatically follow.
This is not the way that Paul taught.
Paul didn’t teach as Joseph Prince does
that all we need to do is just focus on right-believing
and hey presto, right-behaviour will automatically follow.
We have to be taught by Paul
(not Joseph Prince),
that both right-believing and right-behaviour
are equally important
and both must equally be striven for.
3. To Paul, God’s Wrath was Foundational to the preaching of the New Covenant Gospel as opposed to Joseph Prince’s teaching that God’s Wrath has no place in the New Covenant.
In ‘Destined To Reign’, Joseph Prince wrote:
“It is not the preaching of wrath,
fiery indignation and judgment
that will cause people’s hearts to turn back to God.
It is His goodness, grace and mercy.”
Joseph Prince pushes the unbiblical view
that we must only preach
about the goodness, love, mercy and grace of God,
in his writings and many of his sermons,
as that would lead people to repentance,
and that the use of God’s wrath, fiery indignation and judgment
are totally out of place in the New Covenant gospel.
Nothing could be further from the truth.
To Paul, God’s wrath was foundational to the gospel,
as he took the trouble to expound on it
in the first three chapters of Romans
even before he gets to God’s grace and mercy
in the following chapters.
To Paul, God’s wrath and judgement
were an essential part of the gospel
that we must preach on:
“The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of people, who suppress the truth by their wickedness” (Rom 1:18 NIV).
“This will take place on the day when God judges people’s secrets through Jesus Christ, as my gospel declares” (Rom 2:16 NIV).
Paul preached about God’s wrath
as the gospel
must not only be preached about what we are saved to,
but also what we are saved or rescued from – God’s wrath:
“Since we have now been justified by his blood, how much more shall we be saved from God’s wrath through him” (Rom 5:9 NIV)!
“and to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead – Jesus, who rescues us from the coming wrath” (1 Thess 1:10 NIV).
In ‘Exposition of Romans Chapter 1, The Gospel of God’,
Martyn Lloyd-Jones said:
“And so we find that the Apostle (Paul) in this one epistle
repeats this word (wrath of God) 10 times over.
That is why he starts with it;
it is a controlling conception.
He simply cannot think of the gospel
except in terms of this tremendous idea of
‘the wrath of God upon all ungodliness
and unrighteousness of men’. (Rom 1:18)”
In ‘Exposition of Romans chapters 3:20-4:25, Atonement and Justification’,
Martyn Lloyd-Jones said,
“We must start where the Apostle (Paul) starts.
What is the first great problem?
It is the problem of ‘the wrath of God’.
That is the starting point.
This cannot be stated too often.”
Martyn Lloyd-Jones said:
“I say, therefore,
that if our evangelising
and our evangelism is to be scriptural,
we must, with Apostle Paul,
always and invariably start with this:
‘For the wrath of God has been revealed from heaven
against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men’ (Rom 1:18).”
Martyn Lloyd-Jones
has passionately and overwhelmingly proven
especially from the teachings of Paul
that there is every place for the preaching of God’s wrath
in the gospel of grace.
Ironically, Paul is the very person
whom Joseph Prince has proudly declared
he had learned all his grace doctrine from.
Wait a minute, how could this be?
How could Joseph Prince claim
that he is preaching Paul’s gospel of grace
when Joseph Prince teaches directly against Paul
on the use of God’s wrath
for the preaching of the gospel?
Somebody is lying!
Who?
Joseph Prince!

In a sermon preached on 13 Oct 2024, 2 Sundays ago,
Joseph Prince said;

“And I believe He (Jesus) plucked it
and showed it to the people.
Solomon in all its wealth,
in all its splendour is not arrayed like one of these. Amen.
Why?
Then I began to meditate on that,
and I began to see that the flower,
its beauty and its clothing
because Jesus was talking about why worry
about what you shall wear. Amen.
Look at the lilies of the field.
The clothing of the flower comes from within,
whereas Solomon will have to bring his clothes from outside.
It’s put on from outside which means this growth,
or this clothing from within;
He’s (Jesus) talking about health. Amen.
The moment that lily loses its clothing,
it becomes usually, brown, in colour, right, withers up.
It’s health.
He’s (Jesus) telling you,
‘Solomon in all its glory, you can put nice clothes;
you can put purple, gorgeous robes you know, on a king.
But if the king is diseased,
if the king doesn’t have good health,
all the wealth
and all the beautiful gorgeous clothings
in the world won’t matter.
But this little lily, the beauty is its health.
It comes from within and You know what;
he doesn’t even struggle for health.
Doesn’t toil.”
All of us know that Matthew 6:28-30,
Matthew 6:28-30 NKJV
28 “So why do you worry about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; 29 and yet I say to you that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. 30 Now if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith?
a passage that Joseph Prince
seems to relish in and fall in love with
by his sentimental ‘exposition’,
is part of the Sermon on the Mount.
Yet, Joseph Prince said
that the Sermon on the Mount,
is not for the church
but the Jews.
In a sermon, Joseph Prince said;
“We also focus a lot on the Sermon on the Mount.”
“They (believers) are more familiar with the Sermon on the Mount
than the Sermon on Mount Zion.
The Upper Room is probably the highest point of Mount Zion.
They know this
but the Sermon that Jesus preached
on the Sermon on the Mount
is actually the laws,
the constitution of the Kingdom that He came to bring.
That’s another teaching altogether.
Alright, it is still not the dispensation of grace just yet,
or the church age, yet.
He came to bring the kingdom of God to Israel.”
One moment, Joseph Prince is so taken by his own ‘exposition’
on Matthew 6:28-30,
and used it to buffer up his Health and Wealth Gospel
for New Covenant believers.
The next moment,
Joseph Prince said the Sermon on the Mount
which contains Matthew 6:28-30
is not for the New Covenant Church
as it is still under law;
and it is for the Old Covenant Jews.
Now, Joseph Prince, what is happening!
For those who are following this Website,
you will be aware that
this is not the first time Joseph Prince has made such flip-flops;
he has done this ‘countless’ of times.
It is high time that New Creation Church
sends Joseph Prince for a mental check-up
to see if there is anything really wrong with his mind.
Furthermore, how Joseph Prince could spin Matthew 6:28-30
to be talking about Health (and Wealth),
will make every Bible scholar laugh out loud
as it is grossly out of context.
His imagination has gone berserk.
But what is sacrilegious is that
Joseph Prince dares to put words into the Lord Jesus’ mouth,
when he said;
He’s (Jesus) talking about health. Amen.
The moment that lily loses its clothing,
it becomes usually, brown, in colour, right, withers up.
It’s health.
He’s (Jesus) telling you,
… if the king doesn’t have good health,
… But this little lily, the beauty is its health.
… he doesn’t even struggle for health.”
This is also not the first time
that Joseph Prince has put words into the Lord Jesus’ mouth,
words that were never spoken by Him.
For such a man,
who dares to do such unspeakable things repeatedly
to the Lord Jesus, who is God Himself,
can never be a true teacher of God’s word,
and has to be a wolf in sheepskin.
