Joseph Prince is destroying lives: cases of adultery, his Pastor divorced & his healing doctrine gives people false hope – By Rev George Ong (Dated 26 Mar 2024)

Announcements:

This is my last Article for this week.

There is 1 video each on David Pawson,

Dr Roland Chia & Joseph Prince

& 2 videos on George Ong.

There are two parts to this Article:

PART ONE & PART TWO.

Excerpt No 1 from the Article:

David Pawson talked about

an increase in divorce and remarriage in South Africa

brought about by Joseph Prince’s false grace doctrine.

Do you know one of Joseph Prince’s Key Pastors,

had recently gone through a divorce?

If this happened to one of the Key Pastors in New Creation Church,

who regularly appeared in the worship services,

what goes down the line is up to one’s imagination.

Excerpt No 2 from the Article:

George Ong’s comments:

We must put things in perspective.

Currently, there are millions around the world,

who are influenced by his Health and Wealth Theology.

If Joseph Prince’s Health and Wealth Doctrine is so true,

then he must produce, at the very least,

a 30 percent success rate.

Let’s assume a conservative figure

of 1 million fans or followers

that Joseph Prince has influenced.

That would mean that he must produce

at least 300,000 testimonies

of those who are healed from diseases.

This is a reasonable figure to measure success, as, after all,

Joseph Prince has been preaching his Health & Wealth doctrine

for the last 30 odd years (appointed Senior Pastor in 1990).

Let’s ask Joseph Prince

to total up the number of his testimonies

of those who were healed in the last 30 odd years;

are there 300,000 people?

Not by any stretch!

By sharing two or three testimonies every week,

Joseph Prince wants to give the false impression

that many out of the 300,000 under his ministry were healed.

Let me make a very important qualification at this juncture.

Are we against healing?

Of course not!

What we are against

is Joseph Prince’s false and dangerous teaching

that God will heal and He must heal in each and every case.

And that is what gives people false hope

and could destroy them in the end.

Excerpt No 3 from the Article:

I am not saying that people themselves are not responsible

for their decisions and actions.

It takes 2 hands to clap.

But because of the massive influence

that he exercises over the people,

Joseph Prince’s heretical teachings

have played no small part

in egging the people to move in a certain direction

that are detrimental and destructive to their well-being.

“Pastor George Ong shared Pastor Kong Hee’s message

so that we could see the difference.

The following extract is taken

from the website of City Harvest Church, Singapore

Inasmuch as Kong Hee highlights

the importance of the gifts of the Spirit,

he also constantly teaches

on the greater importance

of cultivating the fruit of the Spirit,

which he emphasises is the character profile of Jesus (1 Cor 12:7-11; Gal 5:22-23).

While Pastor Kong Hee encourages believers

to boldly believe God for healing, blessing, and protection,

he also teaches that trials, hardships and sufferings

are inevitable for everyone who lives for Christ (Mk 16:17-18; Jn 16:33; 2 Tim 3:12).

From the way Pastor Kong Hee preaches,

we could see that he is well balanced,

scholarly and yet humble.”

“My mother was a Joseph Prince believer.

When she was diagnosed with stage 1 breast cancer,

she did a number of things:

(1) told no one, perhaps because as Joseph Prince said,

‘You’re sick because you’re of little faith.’

(2) didn’t seek standard medical treatment,

perhaps, to try and hide her illness,

Perhaps, she believed like Joseph Prince said,

‘Just believe and God WILL heal.’

(3) only thing she took 3 times of Holy Communion a day

as per Joseph Prince’s teachings.

Family, including myself, relatives and her close friends

were told of her real condition only when it was too late.

I flew home from overseas straight away

and got a couple of hours before she passed on.

It’s a mystery to many who know my mother

how she became to be during the last years of her life.

Everything became clear when one listens to the bullshit

that comes out from Joseph Prince’s mouth.

My one advice to anyone, stay away from Joseph Prince

and you will live much better and wiser in God’s hands.”

George Ong’s comments:

I got connected with Jeremy Chew,

who wrote the above YouTube comment

when he first wrote to me.

I happened to know more than what many do

regarding Jeremy Chew’s family and his deceased mother.

I even saw Joseph Prince’s photograph (taken with the family)

at the wake of Jeremy Chew’s grandmother.

This is because Joseph Prince

is known to Jeremy’s mother (deceased)

and her relatives

and he attended the wake of Jeremy’s grandmother in Sep 2018.

Please check with Joseph Prince whether it’s true.

“We all should be very angry at Joseph Prince

hearing such a story.

I believe there are many such stories

in New Creation Church.

Joseph Prince is literally getting away with ‘murder’,

while at the same time absolved from responsibility,

and fleecing the people

who are too dumb to think clearly, rationally and biblically

under his occultic spell.”

@veralinc8117

“Shocking!

One man’s lie,

caused a life.”

@joyceliew4352

“Hi Jeremy, we are so sorry and saddened

to hear about your late mum.

No words can describe the pain and lost

you and family have gone through.

God knows everything

and Joseph Prince will have to answer to God.

The day will surely come.

And as for us, do continue to be faithful unto Him

until we see Him face to face.”

@jeremychew3668

“Yes, indeed there are more such stories.

My wife friend’s mother was also a Joseph Prince believer.

She had breast cancer, and did nothing until one day,

family members remarked

that the house seemed to smell of rotting flesh,

and eventually, her condition was discovered.

By then, doctors gave her less than 6 months

and she was gone within 3.

Many times, people become ‘dumb’

because they are desperate,

And people like Joseph Prince

sells them fake happy endings

and they fall for it.

Therefore, in whatever capacity,

we do what we can to lead people in the right direction

away from Joseph Prince and his friends.”

Glenn Fong, an Ex New Creation Church member

for 15 years wrote:

“I heard of cancer patients in New Creation Church

who denied medication and treatment

and died believing they will be healed.

Will Joseph Prince take responsibility for such cases?

What is worse is that he often transfers such guilt

to the people themselves

by saying through his sermons

that they don’t have enough faith.

I also heard of cancer patients

who Positive Confess their way to their grave.

Joseph Prince will take pains

to hide such incidents from the public.

The healing testimonies

we hear on Sunday in New Creation Church

are just a probability game;

he only publicises the successful cases.

Ultimately, God heals whoever He wills,

and it has nothing to do with his grace doctrine

or confessing,

‘I am the Righteousness of God in Christ’.”

Dr Chris Kang, an Ex New Creation Church member wrote:

“Promoters of the hypergrace scam

would point to so-called positive testimonies

of healing or prosperity

as evidence for the efficacy of hypergrace.

Yet, a little reflection

would show the fallacy of this argument.

Compared to the numbers of unfulfilled hypergrace prayers,

the numbers of fulfilled ones

are probably in the small minority.

There is little incentive for the majority

to write in failed stories

and even if they do,

would the hypergrace movement publish them?”

Aaron Khoo, an Ex New Creation Church member

for 11 years wrote:

“Using testimonies to give a false impression.

In my years at New Creation Church,

I’ve noticed that Pastor Prince

has kept using testimonies of prayers answered

and people healed;

and these are shared frequently

during worship services and on his website

as proof that he is preaching the right doctrine.

But this is being dishonest,

as he has only surfaced the so-called successful cases,

which are in the small minority.

As an example, at the beginning of every year,

the church will ask the congregation to ask God for 3 wishes.

But the leadership does not check or find out in detail

how many people in the entire congregation

really had their wishes answered

and/or how many are struggling with real issues

and challenges because their wishes were not answered.

And when there are a number of wishes

answered by the roughly 34,000 (was then 34,000 when I attended),

the leadership of New Creation Church

will make a big fuss about it

by featuring and publicising them as testimonies,

giving the false impression

that this small number

represents the majority.

It is the same with testimonies of healing.

As the saying goes,

“You will inspect what you expect.”

But New Creation Church doesn’t.

They only inspect or highlight

the so-called successful cases,

which represent only a small minority.

But what about the majority

whose prayers are not answered

and those who are still sick?

As a matter of fact, most of these so-called healings

that Joseph Prince did during the worship services

are regarding people

who have been so-called healed of this or that pain.

You must remember

that I view and listen to Joseph Prince’s sermons

almost every Sunday.

So, Joseph Prince cannot fool me.

There are zero miracles of healing

where crippled people walk out of their chairs,

or the blind people were made to see.

Let me make a very important qualification at this juncture.

Are we against healing?

Of course not!

What we are against

is Joseph Prince’s false and dangerous teaching

that God will heal and He must heal in each and every case.

And that is what gives people false hope

and could destroy them in the end.

In a Sunday sermon aired on YouTube,

17 Mar 2024, 2 Sundays ago, Joseph Prince said;

Please click here

to view the 30-second video:

“When you believe that like, for example,

God doesn’t heal everyone today.

Then the moment you become sick,

the doctor says I got bad news for you and all that,

you might think that

you are one of those that God will not heal.

Now, once you believe a lie,

that’s how you become depressed.

And not only that the Holy Spirit

cannot bear witness with a lie.

If you keep on believing a lie,

He cannot bear witness with it.”

George Ong’s comments:

Joseph Prince said

to believe that God doesn’t heal everyone today

is to believe a lie.

It is such extreme teachings that God must heal every one

that give people false hope

and destroy them in the end.

Let me put it in a straightforward manner

– the Health and Wealth doctrine of Joseph Prince

that every New Covenant believer can and must be healed,

is a SCAM that millions have fallen into.

Lindsay Lim, an Ex New Creation Church member

for 18 years, wrote:

“Holy Communion is the next issue I wish to highlight.

Joseph Prince falsely teaches

that the partaking of the Holy Communion

is for the healing of our bodies and blessings to our life,

such as the blessing of youthfulness.

I have literally seen how some New Creation Church folks

took the Holy Communion

as they were taking medication, irreverently,

treating it as some sort of magic potion.

And when they didn’t see any healing or results,

they got angry with God.

Some even left the faith

when they did not receive the healing

they believed they would receive

after partaking the Holy Communion.

You must be saying to yourself

that you only hear about the fantastic testimonies

of healing and victory stories in the pulpit of NCC

that are often shared by Joseph Prince.

The reason is Joseph Prince wouldn’t dare

to announce such negative stories (and there are plenty)

for fear that his false teaching

on the Holy Communion would be exposed.”

In a sermon, Dr Roland Chia said;

Please click here

to view the 1-minute video:

“A representative of this group

has also presented an erroneous understanding

of the Holy Communion.

According to him (Joseph Prince),

eating the bread and drinking the wine

will guarantee good health and a long life.

In fact, he even recommends

that those who are sick

to partake the Holy Communion 3 times a day,

like taking medicine.

Needless to say,

this is a distortion of the sacrament of Holy Communion,

which is meant to point us

to what Christ has done for our eternal salvation.

At the hands of this preacher (Joseph Prince),

Holy Communion, has become an antibiotic or an elixir.

Those who peddle such doctrine

are offering strange fire (Lev 10:1-7).”

Although Dr Roland Chia

didn’t mention the name of the preacher in his sermon,

but if you ask him,

he will not hesitate to tell you

that the person he is referring to

is Joseph Prince.

In a teaching session, George Ong said;

Please click here

to view the 40-second video:

“People believe in it

and start administering the Holy Communion.

Okay, do you know that, I’m sure you might have heard.

He (Joseph Prince) will claim that it’s not from him.

They (NCC members) even asked non-Christians to take (Holy Communion).

Non-Christians, non-Christians.

This is from different source.

Another one, from 2 different source.

I heard, then when I share,

that person who heard from another source

– Ask the dog to take (Holy Communion).

Give it to the dog.

He’s (Joseph Prince) going to claim that he’s not the one,

but the way he teaches will lead to all that. It will lead.

Just like, you know, when you say,

‘You are once saved, always saved,

you will never lose your salvation.’

No wonder people say,

‘I am once saved always saved,

I may be sinning

because he (Joseph Prince) says all my sins are cleansed.’”

Healing (and the Holy Communion)

is just one issue that Joseph Prince

has been destroying lives and also their faith,

where people who are not healed

got angry with God and walked out of Him.

The other issue is that his teaching

have also led to people to committing adultery

and into divorce and remarriage.

In a sermon, David Pawson said;

Please click here

to view the 1-minute video:

“Now the preachers of free grace are saying,

‘The only thing you need do is believe,

and there’s no need for repentance to be saved.’

And this teaching is now spreading around the world

from Singapore and from here in America.

No repentance.

You can be saved without repentance.

Can you imagine the result that that’s having?

Well, I can tell you,

this teaching of so-called Free Grace

has really captured the churches in South Africa.

And when I asked the Pastors,

what effect that was having on Christian living,

they all said the same thing.

They said,

‘We’re getting a vast increase

in divorce and remarriage.’

Isn’t that interesting?

Because even if it’s wrong to divorce and remarriage

– that’s okay

– you’ve been forgiven in advance.

Doesn’t matter how you live now.

And that’s the fruit of that wrong teaching of grace.”

In a teaching sermon, George Ong said;

Please click here

to view the 1-minute-and-15 second video:

“There are also of course very terrible testimonies

he (Joseph Prince) hides them.

I’ll give an example.

Those who share with me.

There are 4 ladies who shared.

One lady, who shared with me,

the son-in-law got an affair attending NCC.

So, he (son-in-law) told this lady,

‘It’s okay, I’m once saved, always saved.

I’m once righteous, always righteous.’

You see. It’s real. It’s from first hand.

That means this lady tell me the son-in-law.

Ya, shared with me, attending NCC.

You see, all these, Joseph Prince won’t tell you.

He’s destroying lives.

Those he destroying lives,

he won’t tell you.

Another second case.

Second case is this lady told me from a Methodist church.

Then she told me for 4 years,

the husband was having adultery,

living apart from her.

Where was the husband worshipping?

NCC.

Because my sins are all forgiven.

You know, I’m once saved always saved.

You see that.

He (Joseph Prince) doesn’t want to share all this.

He’s destroying lives.

And the third story,

this man, his wife got into an adultery.

And then he divorced the wife.

The wife and the lover

lifting their hands worshipping God in NCC.

So, you know,

he’s not going to tell you all these things.”

PART TWO

One persistent question that is usually raised is,

if Joseph Prince is teaching false doctrines,

why are true Christians drawn to his church?

It is not difficult to explain

why the false grace doctrine of Joseph Prince

is able to draw believers to his sermons and his church.

First, there are sincere and honest Christians

who want to live for God.

At the same time,

they have overly sensitive consciences to their failures.

They are not looking for an excuse to sin

but somehow couldn’t find true freedom from bondage.

On their most terrible day,

they decide to get on the internet for some relief,

and out comes Joseph Prince with his grace message.

And as they begin to hear from Joseph Prince

that they don’t have to see themselves as unworthy

because God loves them as they are,

and God sees them as righteous

because they have the righteousness of Christ

– True.

Further, they hear from Joseph Prince that all their sins:

past, present and future are forgiven

without the need for confession,

and nothing that they do will ever separate them from God

– False.

Tell me, was there a ring of truth in what they heard?

Yes!

But is it the whole truth?

No!

Only half of it is the truth.

While the first half is true,

the second half is a lie.

Time and again, I have pointed out on my website

about the half-truth deception

which is a hallmark of Joseph Prince’s theology.

And here, it strikes again.

Once Joseph Prince hooks you with the first half of the truth,

pulling the wool of deception over your unsuspecting eyes

about the other untrue half becomes easy.

Since these honest and sincere believers

were not looking for an excuse to sin or disobey God,

the message of grace by Joseph Prince was liberating for them,

even though the half-truth message was distorted.

These true believers seem to have discovered

‘a new revelation of grace’

that has set them free in the teachings of Joseph Prince.

Can you now see how genuine and honest Christians

can find ‘liberty’ even in distorted truth?

Conversely, there are also believers

who have little discipline,

are complacent about their lives,

and are starting to involve themselves in unholy living.

When they hear the same grace message of Joseph Prince,

they are immediately attracted to it

because of what Joseph Prince said

– that God will never leave them nor forsake them

no matter what they do

– false.

And they further hear from Joseph Prince

that when they sin,

they are not to confess their sins

because their sins have all been forgiven,

but they are to confess their righteousness

– false.

What they have heard would be warmly welcomed by them

because they suddenly found a new guilt-free way to sin

– that when they sin,

they are not to confess sins

but their righteousness.

Instead of drawing them closer to God

through reading the word and prayer,

they would become even more complacent and compromised

in their Christian living.

And hearing from Joseph Prince

that they are made primarily

to enjoy the grace and the love of God

and that their loving God is no longer the issue,

and that Christianity is effortless,

as everything is done by Christ for them,

they become worse in their complacent state.

They begin to attack the true-grace people

who try to correct their distorted grace doctrine

as grace-haters, modern Pharisees, and works-obsessed people,

who are mixing grace with works

simply because Joseph Prince has postured them

in these derogatory terms to his congregation.

Instead of growing nearer to God,

they got further away from God

in the name of Joseph Prince’s grace teachings.

Now they have found a new and liberated way

of handling their present and future sins

– to ignore them

as they have all been forgiven at the cross 2,000 years ago.

Can we now see how the half-truth grace message of Joseph Prince

can both be ‘liberating’

to those who are honest about living the Christian life,

and at the same time,

destructive for those

who are looking for a way to feed the flesh?

Joseph Prince has, on countless times in his books and messages,

trumpeted the fact that

many have been delivered from their bondage by his grace theology.

But he has remained deceptively silent

about the many who are destroyed by the same grace message.

We can understand why so many genuine believers

who may have been wounded by legalism

are naturally drawn towards the grace message.

What they didn’t know is that

they are swinging from one extreme of legalism

to another possible extreme of libertinism.

These genuine Christians may not have started out in libertinism,

but they may end up like those ‘fleshly’ Christians,

who may later rationalise that their present and future sins

are not a bother anymore;

after all, they have all been forgiven.

Joseph Prince never fails to justify

that he does not condone sin,

nor does he encourage Christians to sin.

But that doesn’t help a teeny-weeny bit

in alleviating the serious abuses

that his false teachings can and have led to.

He cannot wriggle his way out

by just saying that he is against sin

and that he doesn’t encourage others to sin.

Let me give you an illustration.

Let’s assume that Joseph Prince was to release the dam

that stands between a huge village and the waters.

He cannot just harp on the fact

that with the release of the waters,

he has saved many people with the fresh supply of water.

At the same time,

he has to be held totally responsible for the many

who have drowned and are swept off

by the rushing waters to their destruction.

Oh, Joseph Prince would love to claim credit

for providing waters to the many who needed them,

but he plainly refuses to take responsibility

for the many other lives

that have been destroyed by the rushing waters.

It is like this mayor who tells his citizens

that he is against robbers

and that he is afraid

that robbers may come and destroy their homes,

and he warns his people about them.

Yet, on the other hand,

he tells his citizens that it is perfectly alright

to leave their doors open for most of the time

to enjoy the nice and cool breeze.

If robbers were to enter the house when the doors are opened,

and the people are robbed and killed,

the mayor must be held responsible

for misleading the citizens

by engaging in double-talk (as Joseph Prince often does).

Does it help for the mayor to say,

“Oh, didn’t I tell you all that I am against robbers,

and didn’t I warn you about robbers?”

Does it help for Joseph Prince to say,

“Oh, didn’t I tell you I am against sin,

and I hate sin?”

But at the same time, Mr Mayor,

you told them to open their doors,

didn’t you?

But at the same time, Joseph Prince,

you taught them the heretical teachings

that all their past, present and future sins are forgiven,

and no more confession for the forgiveness of sins is needed,

didn’t you?

You told and gave them the false hope

that they will never be judged ever again

– and they will never lose their salvation,

no matter what,

even though they are living a lifestyle of sin,

didn’t you?

So, when believers get into horrible sin

and meet with a tragic end

because of the double-talk, feel-good teachings

and heretical doctrine of Joseph Prince

that appeal to their flesh,

no amount of justification by Joseph Prince (that he is against sin)

will help to alleviate his responsibility.

Joseph Prince frequently boasted about the many testimonies

that his grace theology has set people free from their bondage.

However, if there are tragic testimonies

that people’s lives have been wrecked

because they practise his teaching,

he is never going to tell you

and he would immediately disclaim responsibility

if they were to come out into the open.

As for myself,

I have many people who came to tell me about

how the lives of their relatives and friends were wrecked

because they came under the influence of Joseph Prince’s teachings.

One Christian lady personally told me that her son-in-law,

who is a believer, committed adultery

and is still with the woman

because he was convinced by Joseph Prince’s theology

that all our sins have been forgiven: past, present and future,

and that our salvation can never be lost, no matter what.

Another sister who is a believer, shared with me

that her husband had committed adultery for several years.

And during the period of his adultery,

guess where he was worshipping

– at Joseph Prince’s New Creation Church.

A Christian brother told me that

when his wife committed adultery,

where was she and her lover worshipping?

– they were raising their hands worshipping God

at Joseph Prince’s New Creation Church.

These occurrences are not at all surprising

because of Joseph Prince’s teachings

that all their future sins have been forgiven (including adulterous sins)

and that Christians can never lose their salvation

(even though they had committed adultery without repenting.)

Mind you, these 3 cases

are just a few of the many first-hand accounts of similar stories

that I have personally heard.

It doesn’t help a tiny bit

for Joseph Prince to defend himself that he is against sin.

He can shout all he wants that he is not teaching the people to sin

– the fact remains his Pseudo grace teachings

would lead and have led to that horrible licentious end.

This is because some of the key aspects

of Joseph Prince’s grace doctrines are as follows:

All your future sins – any sin, whether big or small and whether they be anger, lying, adultery, rape, murder, etc, are automatically forgiven.

There is no confession of sins required after conversion for whatever sins, (even rape or murder) you may have committed. If you confess your sins (for example, rape or murder), you are insulting God because all your future sins (including rape or murder) have been forgiven at the cross.

When you sin (including pornography or adultery or murder, etc), Prince disallows you to confess these sins to be forgiven but he teaches that you are to confess you have the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus when you are in the very act of watching pornography or committing adultery, or murdering someone.

And that since you are once righteous, always righteous, there is nothing you can do to forfeit your salvation even though you are living a lifestyle of sin till the day you die because you are once saved, forever saved.

God is even blind to your sin after you become a Christian. The Holy Spirit does not convict you of sin; the devil does a better job at that.

With such horrendous teachings,

can you see that it is so easy

for those who are influenced by Joseph Prince

to remain in sin,

being deceived by him

that they are, nonetheless, once saved, always saved.

Joseph Prince is so deceptive

that his teachings are actually giving the people

the license to sin,

while at the same time,

he can craftily claim that he isn’t overtly teaching it.

That’s the kind of crafty wolf that you are dealing with.

So, Church, you had better wake up!

Shepherds, you had better keep warning the flock

about such destructive heresies

that are churned out by Joseph Prince

that would ultimately destroy the church!

Let me quote what Lindsay Lim,

an Ex New Creation Church member for 18 years

has to say about such destructive teachings of Joseph Prince:

“At this point,

I wish to share some key teachings of Joseph Prince

which I believe can destroy a believer’s life.

There are so many I can share

but due to the practicality of space, I will highlight some:

The first aspect of Joseph Prince’s heresies

is that Christians should just confess

‘we are the righteousness of God in Christ’

whenever we are tempted or when we have fallen into sin.

This is a toxic teaching

as just by the use of a simple illustration,

I would reveal how false such a teaching is.

If a child does something wrong that hurts his parents

and all the child does is going around to confess

‘I am right, I am right’

all day long instead of saying sorry to his parents,

people around him would say he is a spoilt brat

and I believe his parents would be heartbroken as well.

This boy would be seen as rebelling against his parents

by doing what he is doing.

Likewise, by teaching Christians to confess

‘we are the righteousness of God in Christ’

when we sin against God,

Joseph Prince is in fact encouraging us to be rebellious

and ignoring God’s feelings

when we break His laws and His heart.

If we are living in rebellion

and don’t want to be reconciled to our Abba Father,

how can we continue to walk with God?

In fact, the Bible gives a very serious warning

about outright rebellion

and how it leads to the work of witchcraft

in our life and in the church.

“For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft,

and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry…” (1 Sam 15:23)

So, Joseph Prince by his teaching

is actually encouraging his followers

to rebel against God.”

One of Joseph Prince’s final defences

has always been to use the excuse

that since every church has her fair share of such people

who continue to sin,

no matter what the church teaches

– so why pick on his church?

But one mustn’t be fooled by Joseph Prince

as no true evangelical church

will ever teach what Prince teaches.

Just 4 examples:

1. That all future sins are already forgiven without confession.

2. And when one sins, he is not to confess his sins

but he is to declare how righteous he is in Christ.

3. God is even blind to your sin after you become a Christian.

4. The Holy Spirit does not convict you of sin;

the devil does a better job at that.

It is these very heretical teachings Joseph Prince teaches

which no true evangelical church will ever teach,

that are responsible for deceiving people

that they are once saved, always saved,

even though they are living a lifestyle of sin

– and leading them to their final destruction.

(Note that regarding the last sentence,

even the Perseverance of the Saints’ doctrine

never teaches that.)

I am not saying that people themselves are not responsible

for their decisions and actions.

It takes 2 hands to clap.

But because of the massive influence

that he exercises over the people,

Joseph Prince’s heretical teachings

have played no small part

in egging the people to move in a certain direction

that are detrimental and destructive to their well-being.
