“I recently had the privilege of listening
to Rev George Ong’s teaching on the end times,
and I cannot recommend it highly enough.
His exposition on why the Post-tribulation rapture
is the most faithful, biblical view
is nothing short of excellent.
It is well known that those
who hold to a Pre-tribulation rapture
rely on a specific set of key verses to support their view.
At first glance, or when read in isolation,
those arguments can seem compelling.
However, Rev George Ong does what few teachers
are able to do:
he harmonizes Scripture in a truly systematic way.
With an incredible depth of research,
he carefully unpacks the context
and the implicit assumptions
behind the Pre-tribulation stance.
In doing so, he masterfully demonstrates
the logical, textual, and contextual flaws
inherent in their case.
Rarely do you find someone
who can articulate these complex theological distinctions
with such profound clarity.
It is easy to understand why the Pre-tribulation view
remains so popular
and widely accepted in the modern church.
Human nature dictates
that nobody actually wants to go through
the Great Tribulation;
it is far more comfortable to hope for an early escape.
But as believers, we cannot simply wish away realities
that are unbiblical just because they are difficult to digest.
Truth must always take precedence over comfort.
The pastoral stakes of this debate are incredibly high.
Teaching the church that they will bypass the tribulation
entirely does a grave disservice to the body of Christ
by leaving believers severely ill-equipped
for what may come.
If and when Christians find themselves
facing the intense trials of the tribulation,
being spiritually unprepared
will have devastating consequences.
This is not just a secondary theological debate;
it could be a matter of believers
forfeiting their own salvation
because they were blindsided by a reality
they were promised they would never have to endure.
Rev George Ong’s teaching
is a vital, much-needed corrective to this vulnerability.
I strongly encourage everybody
to listen to his teaching with an open mind.
Do not just take popular tradition at face value
– engage with his research, weigh the evidence,
and come to your own objective conviction
based squarely on Scripture.”

for raising up Rev. George Ong.
His unwavering commitment to teaching Scripture
in its full context has challenged us to go back to the Bible
and examine everything for ourselves.
For the longest time, many passages
regarding rapture and tribulation
simply did not seem to harmonize.
We accepted certain teachings
because they were popular and taught by Joseph Prince,
but as we continued reading the Bible,
we found ourselves asking very difficult questions.
This seminar helped us see how important it is
to let Scripture interpret Scripture
rather than build doctrine from isolated verses.
We are deeply grateful
that Rev. George Ong has had the courage
to address the Post-tribulation view
with careful biblical teaching,
