One of the 10 Christian Organisations that have received
donations from Joseph Prince’s New Creation Church
was one in which
Rev Yang Tuck Yoong is its chairman.
While any Church or Christian Organisation
has the right to receive financial donations
from any source,
let me remind them that New Creation Church,
which they have received donations from
is led by Joseph Prince,
whom we have proven to be a heretic and a false teacher.
If any Christian organisation or church
disagrees with my conclusion
that Joseph Prince is a false prophet;
and all these humongous proofs
are laid out on my website,
then the onus is on them
to prove beyond a shadow of doubt
that Joseph Prince isn’t.
As a heretic, Joseph Prince teaches against
the Great Commission (Matt 28:19-20),
the Greatest Commandment (Matt 22:37-38)
and Discipleship,
the 3 most important teachings of Christ.
What is blasphemous is that Joseph Prince
considers all the words and teachings
that Jesus spoke and taught
in the Gospels
are not applicable to New Covenant believers
because they are under the Old Covenant.
And these are only a fraction of the many false doctrines
that Joseph Prince teaches.
Since Rev Yang Tuck Yoong is the Chairman
of that organisation,
that has received financial donations
from Joseph Prince’s New Creation Church,
is it any wonder that Rev Yang Tuck Yoong
continues to regard Joseph Prince,
who is a wolf in sheepskin,
as a dear friend, who loves Jesus, that’s for sure.
Rev Yang Tuck Yoong criticised a critic
for using social media to pull down another,
when what he is doing
is to contend against Joseph Prince, a wolf, to expose him.
What is worse is that Rev Yang Tuck Yoong himself
is using the same social media on his own Facebook
to publicise his friendship with a heretic, Joseph Prince,
to the world.
This is a totally intolerable and a horrendous act.

Let me first honour Peter Ho.
By nature, Peter, as he will admit, isn’t the courageous type,
nor is he strong in public speaking.
But thank God, he was willing to move out of his comfort zone,
and has joined me in our fight against Joseph Prince
and his heresies.
When I started my website and YouTube Channel in 2020,
Peter Ho, by the name @WordsofGodThe,
wrote his comments on my YouTube channel rather frequently.
Though the length of his comments
is usually longer than that of the others,
many of them were not only biblical but also insightful.
About 2 years ago, I thought, since he wrote so much
about his views that were against Joseph Prince’s teachings,
it would be good for me to link up with him
as allies against Joseph Prince.
So, I wrote to him asking for his email address, and he obliged.
But when I asked him for his mobile number, he said “no”
because he wanted to remain anonymous.
Sometime last year, I persisted in writing to him
to get his mobile number, so I could chat with him.
Again, he didn’t fulfil my request for the same reason.
About a few weeks ago, I said in my Video/Articles
that I am calling for more soldiers to “fight” together with me
against the heresies of Joseph Prince.
That’s where I remembered Peter Ho again,
with the intention of enlisting him in the fight.
So, I wrote to him via email asking for his mobile number,
but I received no reply.
A few days later, I persisted,
and thanked God he finally replied
by giving me his mobile number.
We met and had a great time fellowshipping with one another.
That’s when I learnt about Peter Ho’s unique,
one-of-a-kind, and probably,
never-to-be-repeated story,
that although he had discovered
Joseph Prince was preaching against the Bible
sometime in 1999 (attended since 1998),
he continued to attend New Creation Church with his wife
for more than 20 years
from 1998 to 2020 (until outbreak of COVID).
Sometime in 1999,
when Peter Ho tried to tell his wife
about Joseph Prince’s false teachings,
and leave New Creation Church,
they got into a big quarrel
because his wife was totally sold out
to Joseph Prince’s teachings.
From then on, to avoid further squabbles with his wife,
and because he loves his wife,
he decided to continue attending New Creation Church
with his wife for how long?
For more than 20 years!
Peter related to me that when he and his wife
attended the worship services of New Creation Church
every Sunday,
and while everyone was raising their hands to worship “God”,
he just refused to raise his hands.
And how long did he tolerate this?
For more than 20 years!
While many New Creation Church members have met Peter,
more because of his wife’s friends and acquaintances,
none of them ever knew or could have imagined
that Peter had always treated Joseph Prince
as one who preaches against the Bible
on many issues since 1999.
To many of New Creation Church members,
Peter seemed to belong to them,
as one who is sold out to Joseph Prince’s grace theology.
His wife also opened their house
for CG meetings for many years.
And many of their CG members could never have imagined
that Peter was anti-Joseph Prince for many of his doctrines
because he never shared with them about his real sentiments
about Joseph Prince.
This story of Peter Ho would be appreciated most
by those who contributed their comments
on my YouTube channel on a regular basis.
Many have read Peter Ho’s comments
that appeared under the name @WordsofGodThe
and were impressed by them.
One Ex New Creation member
even asked me whether Peter Ho is a Pastor.
Though Peter Ho declared
that Joseph Prince is preaching against the Bible,
he wasn’t yet ready to pronounce Joseph Prince
as a false prophet and a wolf in sheepskin,
until about 2 years ago,
when he wrote that he was finally convinced by me
that Joseph Prince is indeed a false prophet and a wolf,
who is bent on destroying the sheep.
But thank God, the greatest breakthrough for Peter
was that recently,
Peter made the decision to go public
in his battle against Joseph Prince’s heresies,
when I finally got his mobile number and spoke to him.
I marvel at Peter, given his human inadequacies,
for his willingness to take this leap of faith
to declare publicly that Joseph Prince is a wolf in sheepskin.
It takes a lot of him to reach this climactic point
after 20 over long years,
and that is to be greatly commended.

Q1: When did you first attend New Creation Church, and when did you leave the church?
I attended New Creation Church with my wife since 1998
and left when COVID-19 hit in 2020.
Q2: What was the turning point that made you decide to speak publicly rather than remain silent?
Actually, Rev George Ong is the real encouragement to me.
I have been writing comments
on Rev George Ong’s YouTube channel for about 5 years.
I want to encourage those who love the truth.
I want to encourage Rev George Ong
who is doing a lonely battle
when there are so many pastors and churches in Singapore,
but very, very few would give public support.
I tell the Lord, if they do not help, who will help?
Just count me in, Lord.
Actually, I feel honoured to share my story.
Do you know how I feel after waiting, praying, and asking God
for 20 years to come out publicly
to share about Joseph Prince’s heresies?
It’s indescribable with words,
and it’s definitely no turning back.
I must tell myself
that I am not here to impress people with my testimony.
I think it is about time to share
what is close to my heart, publicly,
to friends, relatives, brothers, and sisters
with more openness and truthfulness
instead of sharing my comments
under an ‘anonymous’ name, @WordsofGodThe,
which I used to comment on and is still commenting
on Rev George Ong’s YouTube channel.
I believe that this way is the best way to get more attention
to help the people whom I love,
especially, my loved ones and my family
to come out from their ‘Babylon’
– Joseph Prince’s heresies.
Q3: Are you still a New Creation Church member?
I have no fellowship with New Creation Church members.
I don’t think I will be considered
a New Creation Church member anymore after this.
Actually, I have stopped going to New Creation Church
during the Covid and after Covid 19.
I was not close to any members, leaders, or pastors
in New Creation Church.
Because from the moment I realized that something was wrong
in Joseph Prince’s teaching,
I stopped any intention to serve in the church.
I simply closed up myself.
I can say that Covid-19 has helped me
to actually cut off all my involvement
and my wife’s involvement
in the church, in the cell group,
and attending the service too.
Q4: In what ways do you believe public support is more effective than private encouragement? Do you have a stronger reason for doing this?
I believe that public support is more direct and more effective.
Yes, this is the first time I go public
and speak out for Rev George Ong
because I know that, as a Christian brother,
I want to show my real brotherly love for him
who is doing his part out of his love for the Lord too.
Nowadays, we hear almost all the pastors from the pulpit
say, we must love our brethren,
we must speak good about them,
but I think I want to do something more concrete
and better than that
– that is by coming out to speak out
for a brother like Rev George Ong.
I believe action is louder than words
and better than any confession of love for a brother
who is very dear to me and Christ.
So, if I leave, I leave not because of being corrected,
but because of a greater need to do something that is right.
Q5: Do you attend their CG or care group? How do you navigate the tension between hosting the CG in your home and disagreeing with its core teachings?
I did it because I love my wife,
even though I hated Joseph Prince’s doctrine
which I think is full of lies and heresies.
Yes, the CG was in my house.
In fact, we were one of the largest CGs.
There were many times I wanted to speak out
about what was really inside me for a long, long time,
but I thought it was meaningless
when the whole CG group was thinking
that their ‘great Shepherd’ is Joseph Prince
and that he can never be wronged.
However, I never shared much or prayed much with them,
while in my heart,
I was constantly waiting and asking God
when I would come out to do my part
as the most effective way
to rescue my wife first
and then the rest of the people in the CG.
Q6: Have you ever attempted subtle ways to introduce biblical correction during these meetings?
Yes, I did, but after I tried once or twice,
I know it is enough for me to conclude
that they can never listen to you,
who disagree with hyper grace or Joseph Prince.
I know when they are having CG in my house,
I can never talk any sense or logic into their minds
and wake them up.
I know I have to come out first,
but I just don’t know when.
Q7: Do you think the CG people in New Creation Church are really healthy, prospering, or blessed?
I noticed that their hearts and desires for God
are always centered on how God should heal them,
prosper them and bless them.
Maybe, they all think that they are healthy,
but I think many of them are suffering
from different health issues,
some committed suicide, some have chronic illness,
and some never got healed and passed away.
Some died young.
Some have financial problems and left,
some have all kinds of accidents and tragedies.
From what I observe,
the more they take their Holy Communion,
the more they will have health problems and suffering,
including my wife.
I know so much because my CG has different batches of people
attending over the many years.
Over the 20 years period (since 1999-2020),
we have 3 different CG leaders.
But each time after switching to a different CG leader,
there will be a totally new batch of people.
The old group will slowly phase out
as the older members would go somewhere else,
or maybe they would just leave.
I think there were fewer people getting sick initially
under the 1st CG leader,
but after Joseph Prince started to preach
about Holy Communion,
I noticed from the CG WhatsApp
that more and more people were requesting prayer
for sicknesses and health problems.
My wife started to have serious problems even to walk
and going to work.
I can recall before we join New Creation Church,
my wife was very healthy and full of health.
So, just take the example of my wife,
is everybody in New Creation Church healthy?
Today, my wife, who continues to suffer from pain in her legs,
no longer watches the online service of New Creation Church.
She has probably lost interest or faith
in the teachings of Joseph Prince.
This is a clear sign that she has, more or less given up
about being healed from her sickness
through Joseph Prince or New Creation Church.
Q8: Why do you have to come out of your comfort zone?
Because I have been in my comfort zone for too long,
and I believe I have received God’s calling to come out.
Because there is a fire and passion that is burning,
and this becomes stronger and stronger
until I know if I don’t come out, it will burn me.
It is the fire and passion to speak out for the truth.
Because I want to join the 11 Ex New Creation Church members
who courageously take a stand.
all Ex New Creation Church members
that they must take a stand not for themselves,
but for God to work with Rev George Ong.
Because I know I have to show the lead and direction
for my wife if I truly love her
even though she may still be influenced by Joseph Prince’s
deception, false promises, false healing and false teaching.
Because I believe Rev George Ong needs more God’s soldiers
to fight this spiritual battle with him
against Joseph Prince’s heresies.
Part 2: Joseph Prince’s Prosperity Gospel destroys you – Olivia Lum, Founder of Hyflux, was charged in court recently on 11 Aug 2025

an Ex New Creation Church member wrote:
“When I was in New Creation Church,
I recalled how Joseph Prince boasted
in a Cell Group Leaders’ meeting
that someone gave her first million to church
and the person was Olivia Lum.
Joseph Prince’s exact words then were;
‘How often do you get $1 million in tithes?’
Joseph Prince also boasted during service
that he needed to have lunch with this person
who gave her first million to church.
Of course, being the shameless pastor
that he was (and still is),
he bragged that Hyflux succeeded
because Olivia Lum followed his teaching.
So, tell me now
that Olivia Lum has been brought to court,
is it the result of Joseph Prince’s teaching too?”
Are you aware that Joseph Prince said
in 2 Sunday sermons this year,
that he was going to preach his Prosperity Gospel doctrine
strongly and with a vengeance in the coming days?
In a worship service on 6 July 2025, Joseph Prince said:

“You don’t put their eyes on God,
they’ll find somewhere else to prosper.
Someone else as their source.
And that’s the reason why a lot of young people
are doing all kinds of crazy,
Christian, Christian young people,
doing all sorts of crazy things
because they don’t want to turn to God
because they don’t believe God will prosper them.”
In a worship service on 27 Apr 2025, Joseph Prince said:

“They don’t hear that God wants to provide for you,
and people make you scared, right,
to hear the kind of message.
You shut yourself off.
Young people, especially.
They shut themselves off.
And then you know what, they step out,
they graduate from universities.
They step out the working world.
And you know what they do.
I, I, I don’t believe that God wants to prosper me.
I don’t believe all that,
is God only wants to spiritually prosper me.
So, you know what happened to them?
They are left to their own devices.
Who will they depend on?
Themselves.
Or, they get into the occult.
They try to find some secret.
They get into, not scam directly but semi scams.
They want to be rich.
They don’t want to follow God
because God is not interested
in our physical prosperity or financial prosperity.
He’s only interested in spiritual things.
So, you know what, when it comes to these areas,
I don’t really think that God wants to be involved.
That is the conclusion,
We had a generation.
I was part of the generation that grew up,
hearing, I myself preach that,
of course, I was a Pastor then.
I preached a lot to those generation who are now,
many of them are sitting in front.
Many of them are still in church.
I have seen how they prospered.
I have seen how they prospered.
I was telling the Pastors that, you know,
I’m concerned for this generation today.”
Joseph Prince shared that many young people in his church
have been influenced by his critics’ stand and social media
against his Prosperity Gospel doctrine.
Joseph Prince further said that if many of these young people
don’t hold on to his Prosperity Gospel doctrine,
which, he said, is biblical
– that God wants them to prosper and be rich,
they would swing to the other extreme,
and seek after wealth using worldly ways.
What kind of sick argument is that
– when Joseph Prince’s Prosperity Gospel
is itself a worldly way of seeking after wealth,
simply because there is no basis for Joseph Prince’s teaching
in the New Testament scriptures
– that every New Covenant believer
has the covenantal right to be very rich as Abraham was?
You could imagine the damage
that Joseph Prince’s Prosperity Gospel teaching
does to poison the minds of believers,
especially the young people.
Believers, who aren’t rich,
would think that something is wrong with them,
and they would try all ways and means to be very rich
to fulfil their covenantal right.
Those who are already rich,
and in their desire to be very rich,
may start to invest their riches
in, perhaps, ‘attractive and big returns
but highly risky ventures’.
Some may even be pressured
to resort to underhanded and dishonest means
to either get richer or maintain their riches
in order to fulfil their covenantal right
to be very rich as Abraham was.
This could be the start of a dangerous spiral downwards
into ruin and destruction,
all because of Joseph Prince’s teachings,
that it is the covenantal right of every New Covenant believer
to be very rich as Abraham was.
Joseph Prince has already brought one,
Olivia Lum, the Founder of Hyflux to destruction,
and now, Joseph Prince,
by his plans to preach the Prosperity Gospel message strongly
and with a vengeance in the coming days,
would bring more young people into the same destruction
through the same Prosperity Gospel and grace doctrine.
Just imagine the evil that Joseph Prince is planning to do.
You had better stay away
from the Prosperity Gospel of Joseph Prince,
lest you become another Olivia Lum.

hearing, I myself preach that,
of course, I was a Pastor then.
I preached a lot to those generation who are now,
many of them are sitting in front.
Many of them are still in church.
I have seen how they prospered.
I have seen how they prospered.”
Joseph Prince told a half-truth when he said
many had prospered under his ministry
– and he pointed to those sitting in front
– his Pastors.
In a teaching sermon, Paul Washer said:

“Are these silly charismatic prosperity preachers
who have their hand out.
You notice this, some of you need to hear this.
because sooner or later,
they find out the only one getting rich
is the preacher.”
So, Joseph Prince told a half-truth
that many of his Pastors, including himself, had gotten rich.
But what about the rest of his congregation?
In his 30 years of preaching the Prosperity Gospel,
he can only name 2 who have gotten very rich:
the Ken-Air (now defunct) boss, Kenny Goh
and Olivia Lum, the Founder of Hyflux.
Kenny Goh went bankrupt a long time ago,
and Olivia Lum had to wind up her company
and is now being charged in court
for allegedly failing to disclose information
to investors and the Singapore Exchange
about the Tuaspring integrated water and power project.
Furthermore, the saddening news is that Hyflux
owed $900 million in total to 34,000 investors,
which can never be paid.

This goes to show that Joseph Prince’s claim
that his Prosperity Gospel Doctrine was responsible
for the success of Olivia Lum, the Founder of Hyflux,
is proven to be a scam.
When Hyflux was in its heyday,
Joseph Prince trumpeted to the world
that because the Founder of Hyflux
followed his prescribed grace doctrine
of daring to ask big things from God, she succeeded.
You can read the details in his book,
‘The Power Of Right Believing’, pages 274-282.
Because of space,
I can only include two paragraphs of these pages.
In ‘The Power Of Right Believing’, Page 278,
Joseph Prince wrote:
“She (Olivia Lum) shared with me (Joseph Prince)
that when she walked out of the bank,
she remembered a message
that I had preached on being bold
and asking God for big things.
She (Olivia Lum) said,
“You (Joseph Prince) told us not to insult God
by asking only for small things.
You said, ‘Ask God for big things, compliment Him,
and have a positive, confident expectation of good.’”
So she went home and before going to bed,
she decided to step out in faith
and ask God to do a big thing for her.”
In ‘The Power Of Right Believing’, Page 282,
Joseph Prince wrote:
“How does a young girl (Olivia)…
go from weaving rattan bags for a nickel
to building a billion-dollar, public-listed company?
My friend, that is the power of right believing.
Olivia’s story is an amazing one,
which tells of the goodness, favor, grace,
and power of our God.
I pray that you will be encouraged
to see that nothing is impossible
when you believe right in the person of Jesus
and in His love and goodness.
Ask God for big things.
He loves you, and He has a track record
of doing exceedingly and abundantly
above all that we can ask, think,
or even imagine (see Eph. 3:20).”
When Hyflux was doing well,
Joseph Prince proclaimed loudly to the world
that Hyflux succeeded financially
because the Founder, Olivia Lum,
believed and practised his grace doctrine.
But when Hyflux failed,
Joseph Prince kept absolutely quiet than the timidest mouse.
Friends, the truth is Joseph Prince trumpets only
on the so-called successful cases,
while hiding from you the many other cases of people
who have floundered under his ministry.
As the case of Hyflux may prove,
even the so-called successful cases (initial success),
may not be a true reflection of it after all.
Joseph Prince only knows
how to claim credit for someone’s success.
That’s what he did
when he held up the Founder of Hyflux, Olivia Lum,
as the poster girl of his so-called successful grace doctrine.
But when Olivia Lum falters,
he doesn’t want to have anything to do with her
by keeping quiet as a mouse about it.
This is the kind of man you are dealing with.
Don’t be deceived – the short-term result
that Joseph Prince frequently shares
about the many testimonies that he belts out,
does not necessarily equal
to permanent success or genuine fruit.
And Joseph Prince has capitalised
on the initial and short-term success of Olivia Lum
to mislead the people
about the truth and efficacy of his grace doctrine.
Instead of warning people that their desire for wealth
and to be very rich and to ask for big things from God,
could choke them to their spiritual death,
unbelievably, Joseph Prince encourages them
to pursue the very thing
that could result in their eternal ruin (1 Tim 6:8-10).
God’s true shepherds
would never bring about your destruction,
but only the devil’s wolf like Joseph Prince would.
Let me reiterate:
When Hyflux was doing superbly well,
Joseph Prince was the first to claim credit
when he wrote in his book, ‘The Power of Right Believing’
that the reason for Hyflux’s success
was that the Founder of Hyflux, Olivia Lum,
had embraced and practised his grace doctrine.
But when she is down and out,
Joseph Prince will have nothing to do with her
on the public level.
Prince’s deafening silence about the Hyflux fiasco
is indeed soberly telling.
Prince didn’t even ask New Creation Church
to pray for her and Hyflux,
even though the Founder of Hyflux
is another of Joseph Prince’s close buddies
and a member of his church.

Before you are deceived by Joseph Prince,
we must put things in perspective.
Currently, there are millions around the world,
who are influenced by his Pseudo-grace theology.
If Joseph Prince’s Prosperity Gospel doctrine is so true,
then he must produce
at the very least a 30 percent success rate.
Let’s assume a conservative figure of 1 million fans or followers
that Joseph Prince has influenced.
That would mean that
he must produce at least 300,000 testimonies
of those who have become not just rich,
but very rich, as Abraham was.
This is a reasonable figure to measure success, as, after all,
Joseph Prince has been preaching his Health & Wealth doctrine
for the last 30 odd years.
Let’s ask Joseph Prince to total up the number
of his testimonies of those who became very rich
in the last 30 odd years;
are there 300,000 people?
Not by any stretch.
By championing Kenny Goh and Olivia Lum,
as the poster-boy and the poster-girl
of the success of his Prosperity Gospel doctrine;
and what is worse is, both eventually failed,
Joseph Prince wants to give the false impression
that there are many who have become very rich.
BUT THERE IS HARDLY ANY TESTIMONY THAT I HEAR
ABOUT ANYONE WHO BECAME VERY WEALTHY
BECAUSE HE BELIEVED IN JOSEPH PRINCE’S TEACHING
THAT EVERY NEW COVENANT BELIEVER
OUGHT TO BE VERY RICH AS ABRAHAM WAS.
Let me put it in a straightforward manner
– the Prosperity Gospel doctrine of Joseph Prince
that every New Covenant believer
is to be very rich as Abraham was,
is not only totally out of sync with scripture,
but also a scam that millions have fallen into.
