Don’t let compassion, compassion is part of it.
Oh, I feel compassion. Pity ah? Yeah, pity.

Do something!
Go to the person, give them ten dollars.
I tell you something, when you do that,
as God shows you,
as God gives the love,
when you do things in God’s will,
the results are amazing.
It could be God might just make you into a millionaire
because of that.”
The fact that Joseph Prince said that
God could make you a millionaire
through your compassionate acts,
proves that Joseph Prince is driven by money.

Are you convinced by now

Martyn Lloyd-Jones said:
“If grace doesn’t enable me to keep
and to live the law of God,
then it just means
that the devil has triumphed over God.”

Going by what Martyn Lloyd-Jones said,
this means that Joseph Prince
who teaches against obeying the law,
is a tool of the devil.
By his teaching that with the advent of grace,
the law is no longer to be obeyed,
Joseph Prince is effectively helping the devil
to triumph over God.
In ‘an Exposition of Ephesians 4:17 – 5:17, Darkness and Light,’
Martyn Lloyd-Jones said:
“It is one of the most subtle, dangerous heresies
that can ever be offered to men and women.
… and the argument
that the law has got nothing to do with us
is a case of the devil appearing as an angel of light.”
George Ong’s comments:
Do you know what that means?
That means, according to Martyn Lloyd-Jones,
Joseph Prince who teaches
that the law has got nothing to do with us
is not only promoting a dangerous heresy,
but he comes from the devil himself
appearing as an angel of light.
In ‘Children of God, Life in Christ, Volume 3, Studies in 1 John,’
Martyn Lloyd-Jones said:
“Let me go further and say this:
no one can ever be with God and spend eternity with Him
unless they have honoured the law.
God’s law must be kept,
and without fulfilling it there is no fellowship with Him
and no hope of spending eternity with Him.
… Merely to be forgiven is not enough;
we have to keep the law of God.”
George Ong’s comments:
Going by what Martyn Lloyd-Jones said,
Joseph Prince
who teaches against the obedience to God’s laws,
has no hope of spending eternity with God.
Those who choose to follow him
may end up in the same destiny.
In a Book, ‘Studies in the Sermon on the Mount’, Volume One,
Martyn Lloyd-Jones said:
“Therefore, if your so-called grace (which you say you have received)
does not make you keep the law,
you have not received grace.
You may have received a psychological experience,
but you have never received the grace of God.”
George Ong’s comments:
By the definition of Martyn Lloyd-Jones,
Joseph Prince is certainly not a believer
as he has never received grace
because he fiercely teaches against
the keeping of God’s moral laws
as they have all become obsolete.
The height of self-deception is when Joseph Prince,
the world’s guru of grace,
is self-deceived
that he has received grace.
If Joseph Prince has not received grace
because he doesn’t keep the law,
do you think the masses of people
who embrace his grace without law teachings would?
If Joseph Prince, who is teaching grace to the world,
has not even received grace
because he is against the keeping of the law,
how can he not be a heretic?
I am 100 percent certain
that the denominational heads and Pastors of NCCS & APCCS
know who Martyn Lloyd-Jones is
– a very well-respected and highly honoured Bible teacher.
So, may I ask the denominational heads and Pastors
of NCCS & APCCS
whether they agree with what Paul Tan, Martyn Lloyd-Jones,
and most importantly,
what the scriptures in Matthew 5:17
say about law and grace?
If so, why have they not declared Joseph Prince a heretic?
What are they fearful about when it is utterly clear
that Joseph Prince, who preaches
the grace without law doctrine
is a heretic?
What are they fearful about when it is the right thing to do?
In fact, if NCCS & APCCS have to fear,
they ought to be more fearful
about not doing the right thing
than doing the right thing,
as they would have to face God
on the day of their reckoning.
Let me quote what William Barclay wrote:
“The Christian does not fear the consequences
of doing the right thing;
he fears the consequences of not doing it.”

Attending Grace Assembly of God, Singapore, wrote:
“The common comments I heard about
Joseph Prince’s preaching and his sermons
are that they are not balanced
which convey a sense that they are seemingly harmless.
However, after reading through 95%
of Pastor George Ong’s very well researched,
comprehensive and painstakingly written exposition
on Joseph Prince’s teachings
on his website (4,800 pages of notes),
I’m convinced that Joseph Prince
is preaching falsehoods and half-truths.
It also made me realise that Joseph Prince’s teachings
are far from harmless as such falsehoods and half-truths
propagated by him have far-reaching
and dire consequences on one’s eternal destiny.
As a result, I have started to warn my friends
and family members about Joseph Prince’s heresies.
It is my firm belief that Pastor George
is not on a quest to discredit Joseph Prince as a person
or because of personal reasons,

If a lay person like Tan Siew Poh
can see that Joseph Prince is a false teacher,
whose teachings are both destructive and deadly
that can even lead one to the lake of fire,
why are the NCCS and APCCS who are theologically trained,
and National leaders and Shepherds of the Singapore flock
still silent about calling Joseph Prince out as a heretic
to warn and protect the flock.
Koh Bee Lu
Attending The People’s Bible Church, Singapore, wrote:
“Thank God for this opportunity
to write against the heresies of Joseph Prince…
These heretical teachings have brought great harm
to the Church,
and I really want to expose this teaching
and hope to tell others about them.
… I hope that the Church will take heed
and guard their flock from being influenced
and led astray by false teachers
such as Joseph Prince.
I’m really thankful for the clear and good teachings
of Rev George Ong
who has painstakingly gone through the scriptures,

Attending St Andrew’s Cathedral (Anglican), Singapore, wrote:
“… The word of God cautions that those who teach,
would be judged more strictly (Jas 3:1).
Teaching the word of God must be handled
with absolute reverence and care.
But such attitudes are totally absent in Joseph Prince,
as he recklessly goes about twisting God’s word,
and flippantly interprets a text out of its context
just to shore up his Pseudo-grace doctrine.
Such irreverent disrespect for God’s word
is a sure indication that Joseph Prince is a false prophet.
I thank God for Rev George Ong,
whom God has called
to expose the heresies of Joseph Prince.
His consistent, laborious and tireless efforts

By the way, Titus chapter 1, beginning at verse 5,
we have the requirements for elders.
The Biblical requirements for elders.
At the end of those requirements, verse 9:
He must hold firm to the trustworthy word as taught,
so that he may be able to give instruction
in sound doctrine
and also to rebuke those who contradict it.
That’s my job description, folks.
To know sound doctrine,
to teach sound doctrine
and to rebuke those who contradict sound doctrine.
That’s my job.
It’s not a suggestion.
It’s a command.
And any Pastor who is not rebuking unsound doctrine
is not doing his job.”
George Ong’s comments:
NCCS & APCCS had better note that
refuting unsound doctrine and rebuking false teachers
is not only our duty,
but more importantly, it is a command from God.
And if we fail to do that to Joseph Prince’s heresies,
we have disobeyed God.
In ‘Exposition of Romans Chapters 3:20-4:25,
Atonement and Justification,’
Martyn Lloyd-Jones said:
“I am but trying to follow the example of the Apostle Paul
who, when he was bidding farewell to the elders at Ephesus,
deemed it to be his duty
to warn them against false teaching,
and against certain wolves
who would come in and try to destroy the flock.
Such wolves are rampant at the present time;
and it is a part of the duty of any man
who claims to be a teacher of the Scriptures
to warn men and women against these subtle heresies
that subvert the Christian faith.”
George Ong’s comments:
NCCS and APCCS, had better note
that warning the sheep about wolves
is our mere duty,
and we are not doing anything extra.
And if we can’t even fulfil our basic duty as shepherds,
to warn our flock against Joseph Prince, the wolf,
and his false teachings,
we had better quit and do something else.

The law says such should be stoned, back in those days.

the words that came out of His mouth was this,
“He that is without sin, throw the first stone.”

Talese. Talese, that’s a beautiful question.
I’m glad you came up to ask it.
So John 8, if I’m drawing from memory correctly,
best embodies both Christ’s mercy and love,
but also his commitment to truth.
And sometimes in the modern gospel,
we overemphasize the grace
and we underemphasize the truth.
And so we are far too willing to say,
hey, Jesus loves everybody,
but we don’t get to the second part of the conversation
that says, Jesus doesn’t want you to live in sin.
So this is, in John 8, it’s best embodied, right?
Almost every Christian in this audience
will be able to tell you the first part of this,
which is a bunch of Sadducees and Pharisees
are sitting around, standing around with rocks
and they’re about to stone the prostitute woman.
And Jesus comes up and says,
let the first among you without sin cast the first stone
and everyone starts dropping the rocks.
But what comes next
shows that Christ is not just grace-focused.
He’s simultaneously truth-focused.
He goes up to the woman
who had a career in selling herself for sex
and said, sin no more.
Now, imagine today how much trouble you would get in
if you would go up to somebody and say, stop sinning.
Oh, you’re being too judgmental.
No, no, you’re actually being Christ-like.
So Jesus stood, he was 100% grace and truth.
And that tension is very hard in a modern world
because we want to overemphasize grace
when in reality, Christ loves us too much
to have us continue to live in sin.
He wants us to try to elevate our actions
to glorify God in all that we do.”

Paul Tan’s Open Letter to the National Council of Churches of Singapore (NCCS) & the Alliance of Pentecostal & Charismatic Churches of Singapore (APCCS)
Dear President and Honorable Members
of National Council of Churches of Singapore (NCCS)
and the Chairman of Alliance of Pentecostal and Charismatic
Churches of Singapore (APCCS),
(This letter was also sent to the General Secretary, NCCS office).
Although this open letter is written to NCCS,
it applies to APCCS as well,
as the issue is on Christian doctrine and practice.
Greetings.
I am writing to you as a concerned member
of the Christian Community in Singapore
regarding the doctrines and teachings of Joseph Prince
of New Creation Church
which is registered under the auspices of NCCS.
As an ex-New Creation Church member of 11 years
(2003 to 2007 and 2014 to 2020),
I testify to the harm done to the Christian Community,
with the heresies New Creation Church
is propagating as orthodox Christian doctrine,
with 5 main areas of deviation from biblical Christian doctrine
preached in mainstream churches, namely:
1. Firstly, Joseph Prince places emphasis
on promises of material wealth
which is hardly mentioned in the New Testament.
Hence, Joseph Prince can only refer to the Old Testament
to support his beliefs.
His inconsistent preaching on how New Covenant believers
can still become as wealthy as Abraham
is in contrary to the persecution
the early church experienced.
2. Secondly, Joseph Prince teaches there is no need
to keep the 10 commandments or the Moral Law.
He claims that the Moral Law had been done away.
Yet, the Lord Jesus says He came to fulfil the Law
and not abolish it, in Matthew 5:17.
Joseph Prince is against the Law as a good part of his preaching
speaks of Law as Demand and Grace as Supply.
But he forgot that many Old Testament saints
such as Moses, David, Solomon etc
had received Grace in their lives under the 10 commandments.
Even Abraham, whom Joseph Prince champions
as the Father of Faith,
in which he claims was not under the Law,
obeyed God’s commandments, statutes and laws
in Genesis 26:5.
3. Thirdly, Joseph Prince teaches only Justification by Faith
is required.
To him, repentance is just meta-noya in Greek,
or mere changing of mind.
We know from the Bible this is not true,
as there is repeated warning to work out our faith,
in fear and trembling in Philippians 2:12.
4. Furthermore, James 2:17-19 tells us
faith without works is dead.
1 Peter 1:9 tells us only our past sins are forgiven.
We have to be repentant continually
and endure to the end to be saved.
Furthermore, Joseph Prince teaches confession of our sins
is not necessary.
All our sins, past, present and future are forgiven.
Joseph Prince is not able to give a satisfactory answer
to 1 John 1:9, in which he claims this verse
refers to the Gnostics.
However, it is clear mainstream churches
regard 1 John to be addressing believers.
5. Finally, Joseph Prince teaches Holy Communion
can be partaken for health and wholeness.
The only key verse he uses is Isaiah 53:5.
However, that verse refers to healing for our sins,
and not physical health.
There are second hand accounts of his church members
who passed away prematurely due to terminal illnesses,
due to them not seeking medical treatment
and relying solely on Holy Communion
for healing of their illnesses,
and Joseph Prince is not held accountable
for their early demise
when they bought into his erroneous teachings.
To reiterate, the NCCS is founded:
on a common belief that God has revealed his eternal purpose for mankind in His Son, Jesus Christ, through the Holy Spirit, that the scriptures of the Old and New Testaments are the supreme standard of Christian faith and practice, and that the Apostles’ and Nicene Creeds express our historical common faith;
on the acceptance of the principle that the Church is engaged in the Christian enterprise, that the local congregation is the basis to its life and witness, and that evangelism is its primary task;
as an association of Churches and other Christian organizations, each believing that it is Christ’s will that His Body, the Church, should again be visibly one, and each desiring to work towards this end; and
as an association of co-operating members, each of which determines its own policy and action.
On the third point,
since New Creation Church differs significantly
in her interpretation of the Holy Bible,
I strongly urge the Council to reconsider
if her membership in NCCS is relevant,
since New Creation Church does not conform
to the mainstream interpretation of the Holy Bible
in her practices of the Christian faith as explained earlier,
and is essentially preaching another gospel (Galatians 1:8-9),
and another Jesus (2 Corinthians 11:4).
There is overwhelming evidences of this
as Rev George Ong had collated a lot of information
extracted from New Creation Church’s sermons
from 2021 to 2025, compiled into a 10 volumes, 4,800 pages
publication from his website.
Hence, it behooves we, as followers of Christ,
to warn our Christian community that New Creation Church
is not preaching a doctrinally sound gospel
from the Holy Bible, and to shun and avoid her.
