This is the kind of guy you are dealing with.
This is because you will never make fun of your critics
and call them hypocrites,
and still declare that you love them!

when he teaches that there are no more laws for us to obey because they have been made obsolete?
But Jesus says that He has not come to abolish the law (Matt 5:17) and the law is here to stay until heaven and earth passed away (Matt 5:18).
How can Joseph Prince be preaching the same Jesus of the Bible
when he teaches that receiving forgiveness from God has nothing to do with your forgiving of others?
But Jesus teaches that if you do not forgive others, you are not forgiven (Matt 18:21-35).
How can Joseph Prince be preaching the same Jesus of the Bible
when he preaches that works have nothing to do with salvation?
But Jesus judges and decides the eternal destiny of the 10 virgins, the servants and the sheep and the goats based on their works (works of sanctification as evidence of true faith) (Matt 24:45-25:46).
How can Joseph Prince be preaching the same Jesus of the Bible
when he teaches that one only has to confess that Jesus is Saviour and Lord and he is forever saved and that salvation has nothing to do with obedience?
But Jesus says, “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.” (Matt 7:21 NIV)
How can Joseph Prince be preaching the same Jesus of the Bible
when he teaches that unlike the Old Covenant, as New Covenant believers, we must never fear God?
But Jesus says, “We should fear the one who can cast both the body and soul into hell.” (Matt 10:28; Lk 12:4-5)
How can Joseph Prince be preaching the same Jesus of the Bible
when he teaches that the only righteousness we need is the righteousness of Christ; and our holiness or righteousness has no bearing on our salvation?
But Jesus says, “Unless your righteousness (or holiness) exceeds that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.” (Matt 5:20)
How can Joseph Prince be preaching the same Jesus of the Bible
when he teaches that New Covenant believers will never have to go through suffering or martyrdom as Jesus had already suffered and died for us on the cross?
But Jesus says that as believers, we can expect to go through tribulations, persecutions, sufferings and even martyrdom. (Matt 5:10; 24:9; Lk 21:17 Jn 15:20)
How can Joseph Prince be preaching the same Jesus of the Bible
when he teaches that the Old Covenant is about your love for God, but the New Covenant is not about your love for God or Jesus but God’s love and Jesus’ love for you?
But Jesus says, “If you do not love Me more than your parents or children, you are not worthy of Me.” (Matt 10:37)
How can Joseph Prince be preaching the same Jesus of the Bible
when he teaches that our salvation is never dependent on our works or fruit but only on our confession of faith?
But Jesus says, “If you don’t produce fruit, I will cut you off and throw you into the fire to be burned.” (Matt 7:19; Jn 15:2,6)
How can Joseph Prince be preaching the same Jesus of the Bible
when he teaches that whether one is saved or eternally destroyed depends only on our believing and not our doing or obeying?
But Jesus says, “If one merely listens to My words but doesn’t obey them, one would be destroyed.” (Matt 7:26-27; Lk 6:46-49)
How can Joseph Prince be preaching the same Jesus of the Bible
when he teaches that God will never punish or judge His people no matter what sins they may commit?
But Jesus says that He has no qualms about severely rebuking His people, the church, and even making them suffer intensely and causing death to come upon them if they remain unrepentant. (Rev 2:21-23)
How can Joseph Prince be preaching the same Jesus of the Bible
when he teaches that every one of our future sins has been forgiven without the need for confession or repentance?
But Jesus teaches that all our future sins are not forgiven unless we repent of them as He had warned 5 of the 7 churches in Revelation to repent of their sins or face His severe judgement. (Rev 2-3)
How can Joseph Prince be preaching the same Jesus of the Bible
when he teaches that all it takes to enter God’s Kingdom is just a short and simple sinner’s prayer as everything about Christianity, including salvation, is effortless?
But Jesus says, “Make every effort to enter through the narrow door, because many, I tell you, will try to enter and will not be able to. (Lk 13:24 NIV)
How can Joseph Prince be preaching the same Jesus of the Bible
when he teaches that if we focus on Jesus, His obedience and His finished work on the cross, we are Christ-centred; but if we focus on our obedience to Jesus, we are self-centred?
But Jesus teaches that if we don’t focus on obeying Him and do the Father’s will, we are not only not Christ-centred, but we will be barred from entering God’s kingdom and be destroyed. (Matt 7:21-23; Lk 6:46-49)
How can Joseph Prince be preaching the same Jesus of the Bible
when he says that we must not be negative in our speaking and preaching?
But Jesus teaches that He can be more than negative in His preaching; He had cursed the rich and even pronounced the destiny of hell on the unrepentant Pharisees. (Lk 6:24; Rev 18:19; Matt 23:13,15,33)
How can Joseph Prince be preaching the same Jesus of the Bible
when he teaches that Jesus as the personification of grace does not make demands on us as law demands but grace supplies?
But Jesus clearly demanded that if we do not hate our father, mother, wife, children, siblings (love Christ more than we love them) and even our own life, and give up everything, we cannot be His disciples. (Lk 14:26,33)
How can Joseph Prince be preaching the same Jesus of the Bible
when he teaches that since what Jesus had done for us on the cross is more powerful than our denial of Him, our denial of Him cannot undo what He had done for us on the cross?
But Jesus says, “If you deny Me, I will deny you.” (Matt 10:33)
The most sobering fact is that people are saved, not because they believe in Joseph Prince’s Jesus, but because they believe in Bible Jesus.
Yet, today, there are so many who claim to be Christians just because they believe in Joseph Prince’s Jesus.
Be warned that those who believe in Joseph Prince’s Jesus, don’t believe in Jesus at all as I have already proven to you that Joseph Prince’s Jesus is vastly different from Bible Jesus.
Joseph Prince’s Jesus is not the real Jesus but the counterfeit Jesus.
And no one can be saved if he places his trust on the counterfeit Jesus that Joseph Prince has concocted and distorted in order to fit his false grace theology.
If these people in New Creation Church believed the counterfeit and false Jesus that Joseph Prince preached, how can they be True Christians?
If these False Christians in New Creation Church don’t repent, they will follow Joseph Prince to the lake of fire.

The criteria is, with long life, will I satisfy you?
You’re not satisfied at 80, go on to 90.
You’re not satisfied.
What age are you satisfied?
Tell the Lord.
Have you ever talked to God like a son to the father?
Father, I prefer to die at 120. Ever? Never?
You all don’t want to talk to me, right?
Anything I say also, you don’t want to talk to me, right?
I go back now, okay? Alright?”
1. Joseph Prince has become God, and God is relegated to be his servant.
Sure, believers who are blessed with long life
are something glorious to celebrate and praise God for.
We should not begrudge those
whom God has blessed with long life
but we should rejoice with them for this wonderful blessing
that God has bestowed upon them.
But Joseph Prince, who teaches
that every New Covenant believer
is entitled to live long life
– for as long as he wants
and as long as he is satisfied,
is a different matter altogether.
This teaching is gravely erroneous,
flippantly presumptuous and so bizarre
that any sensible Christian
would have no second thoughts
in rejecting this as a false doctrine.
What is most disturbing is that Joseph Prince
literally teaches that how long you wish to live
is your choice and up to your satisfaction.
If you choose to live to 90,
God, as your Genie, will grant that to you.
If you wish to reach the age of 120,
God will fulfil your request
as long as you are satisfied.
You alone determine the length of your days on earth,
and God will have to go along with your wish
as long as you are satisfied.
In other words, it is you (according to your satisfaction)
who determine how long you will live on earth
and when you are ready to die;
and God will have to fulfil it.
By doing that,
Joseph Prince is literally making us God,
who can decide how long we want to live
and God as our servant
to merely carry out our wishes.
If Joseph Prince can teach
such an outrageous and abominable doctrine
how can he not be a heretic?
Friends, the sober issue of life and death
lies in the hands of God and God alone,
and it is not a trivial matter that man can decide.
2. If the long-life doctrine doesn’t even work for New Creation Church, this only proves that Joseph Prince is a Charlatan.
Can we ask Joseph Prince,
whose mother passed away about 2 years ago,
how old was she when she passed away?
Was she 110?
Of course not!
Not just his mother,
but Joseph Prince has many members in New Creation Church
who have since passed away
during the 36 years of his ministry.
And may I ask how old most of them were?
100-120?
Come on, Joseph Prince,
who are you trying to kid?
Joseph Prince is a specialist
at using the many so-called testimonies of healing,
which are read at worship services almost every Sunday
to prove that he is preaching the correct doctrine.
But why isn’t there any on long-life so far
– that because of Joseph Prince’s teaching
this member or that member lived to 110 or 120?
In fact, several testimonies aren’t enough,
but we need plenty of such testimonies
of New Creation Church members living beyond 100 or 110
in order that his long-life doctrine could be proven
beyond any reasonable doubt.
If the principle of living a long life to one’s satisfaction
which is only taught by him in his church,
has not even produce any concrete results,
that simply means Joseph Prince is a conman.
If it doesn’t even work in his church,
how dare Joseph Prince preach it so confidently
as a golden truth that this long-life principle
is a promise for every New Covenant believer.
This is why when Joseph Prince said to his congregation
on 8 Mar 2026, 6 days ago, about living to 120,
even his congregation by their silence,
chose not to believe him.

Well, I’d be the one.

Wow, Joseph Prince is so presumptuous
that just by saying that he could live to 120,
God would have to grant that to him.
Do you know that from one angle,
Joseph Prince is plain foolish
to claim that he would live to only 120?
If I were Joseph Prince,
I would not be as stupid as him to stop at 120.
but I would dare to ask God for much more.
If I were an Old Covenant believer,
I would say to God that I want to live to 2,000 years and more
so as to welcome Christ’s first coming.
(assuming that Joseph Prince’s teaching on long life is true.)
Some of you may say,
“Wow, George, you are even more presumptuous
and daring than Joseph Prince.”
But why can’t I ask God to live to 2,000 years and even more?
Did Joseph Prince say there is a limit to the number of years?
No!

Now, by the way,
if it says with long life will I satisfy him;
notice there’s no age mentioned there.
The only criteria is your satisfaction.”
So, Joseph Prince himself said that age is no limit.
The only limit that Joseph Prince teaches
is that it must be up to one’s satisfaction.
So, if living to 2,000 years and more
is up to my satisfaction,
can God say no to my request?
No, He can’t.
Because God’s will to grant me long life
as Joseph Prince teaches,
is up to my satisfaction.
And if my satisfaction is to live to 2,000 years and more
God would have to grant it to me.
At this juncture, Joseph Prince may say to me,
“Come on, George, please be reasonable.
Asking God to live to 120, as in my case, is one thing,
but asking Him to let you live to 2,000 years and more
is too farfetched.”
I would say to Joseph Prince:
“But why didn’t you say
that there is a limit to the number of years of 120
that God can grant me?
I thought you said there’s no age limit
and that the limit is up to my satisfaction?
So, if I want to live to 2,000 years and more
and that is up to my satisfaction,
why can’t I ask God for it?”
By now, you ought to realise what I am driving at.
Imagine the totally bizarre and weird teachings
that Joseph Prince is feeding New Creation Church.
Such a stupid and idiotic teaching
is only for fools,
and only fools would believe him.
And yet, unbelievably, the majority in New Creation Church
and the millions of so-called believers in the other nations
are so downright stupid to believe him.
If Joseph Prince can teach
such outrageous and abominable doctrines
how can he not be a heretic?
Friends, life and death are sacred issues,
which are not in Joseph Prince’s hands to be bandied about,
but they belong to God and Him alone.
Only God can decide
how long or short a life any believer (and unbeliever) can live.

Alright? That death is, death can just come

By saying that, the power of life and death

1. Joseph Prince’s False & Twisted Interpretation of Proverbs 18:21
Joseph Prince frequently teaches
that we shouldn’t use words such as ‘death’ or ‘sickness’
because we have the power to speak them into existence.
We have the power to shape our reality
through the use of our tongues or words.
If a believer keeps mentioning the word ‘death’
in his conversations,
he may soon encounter it one day
because, according to Joseph Prince,
there is power over life and death in our tongue or words.
The main idea is that our spoken words can affect reality
and change our situation for better or worse.
If you speak positive words and confess positively
that you are young, then there will be positive results
– that you can really become young or look young at least.
Conversely, if you speak negative words such as ‘death’
or ‘I’m getting old’, then you will encounter negative results
– you will actually become old,
and perhaps, looking half-dead or even dead.
But the truth is, Proverbs 18:21,
“Death and life are in the power of the tongue,”
has little to do with what Joseph Prince has expounded.
What Proverbs 18:21 really teaches
is that what you say with your tongue or mouth,
can be used for good or evil,
and that the lives of people
can be significantly and vastly affected by your words.
For example, if you slander a man with untruths
and lie about him in court,
and if the court accepts your testimony,
he could be sentenced to death.
But if you act with integrity and use your tongue
in a positive way to tell the truth about his uprightness,
blamelessness and innocence,
he may be acquitted of a murder charge and live.
What teachers say to their students,
whether they be words that build up or tear down,
will either bring ‘life’
– when students are encouraged to study harder
or ‘death’
– when they are condemned to a life of failure.
What parents say to their children,
whether they be words of condemnation or encouragement
will either bring ‘life’ to their healthy growth and development
or ‘death’ because they are paralysed into dejection
by their parents’ harsh words and criticisms.
In other words, a child could be destined for life
by a fitting word of encouragement from a teacher
or be scarred for life by the harsh words of a parent.
This shows that the tongue has the power to be used
for the good of injecting life and vitality into others
or the evil of destroying them psychologically and spiritually.
So Proverbs 18:21 has nothing to do with the spoken word
or the power of the tongue
to control and change your own reality.
This verse does not mean
that our words have the power to change reality
– that when you start to declare positively that you are young,
you will become young.
Or, when you begin to speak negatively that you are old,
you will become old.
But the meaning of Proverbs 18:21 is that your words
can affect people positively or negatively.
Hence, we must pay heed to what James teaches (Jas 3:1-13)
– that our tongues can bring about the destruction of others’ lives.
Therefore, we must use it wisely to build others up (life)
and not wickedly to tear them down (death).
Any sensible believer would understand
that we should not be overly focussed on the negative,
such as sickness or death,
especially when we use it
to deprecate ourselves or spite others.
But for Joseph Prince to teach that
we cannot mention all negative happenings
or use negative words such as ‘death’ or ‘sickness’
as we may bring them upon ourselves
because there is power in our words or tongue is going too far
as it is promoting a form of superstition.
While a believer shouldn’t be excessively negative and pessimistic
because he lacks trust and faith in God,
promoting a form of superstition and prescribing a law
about what one can and cannot say by Joseph Prince
is a different matter.
The Bible has nothing to do with such superstitious teachings
as propounded by Joseph Prince
and never teaches that human words
can have the magical powers to bring things into reality,
but only the divine and miraculous words of Father God
and the Lord Jesus could.
Even if man could, it is the Holy Spirit in him (not man)
through his prayer (that is prayed according to God’s will
and not man’s carnal desires) who causes it.
If believers could have the power by themselves
to speak death to themselves,
it would logically mean they would also have the same power
to speak death to others
– which is absurd and grotesque!
If this is the case,
then they have certainly taken over the place of God
as God is the only one who has the power over death and life.
Preposterously, this is what Joseph Prince is posturing
– that we can be like God to speak death and life
over ourselves and others!
2. The words of Paul & Jesus Contradict ‘the Death and Life are in the Power of the Tongue’ teaching of Joseph Prince.
Going by Joseph Prince’s
‘only-positive-and-no-negative-words-from-our-mouth’ teaching,
many ‘negative’ verses in the scriptures,
spoken and written by the Apostle Paul,
such as the following would have to be
thrown out the window (and these are only samples):
“For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain” (Phil 1:21 NIV).
“I want to know Christ – yes, to know the power of his resurrection and participation in his sufferings, becoming like him in his death” (Phil 3:10 NIV).
As it is written: “For your sake we face death all day long; we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered” (Rom 8:36 NIV).
“… We were under great pressure, far beyond our ability to endure, so that we despaired of life itself. Indeed, we felt we had received the sentence of death…” (2 Cor 1:8b-9a NIV).
“For we who are alive are always being given over to death for Jesus’ sake, so that his life may also be revealed in our mortal body. So then, death is at work in us…” (2 Cor 4:11-12a NIV).
“I have worked much harder, been in prison more frequently, been flogged more severely, and been exposed to death again and again…” (2 Cor 11:23b NIV).
Going by Joseph Prince’s
“Death and Life are in the Power of the Tongue” Theology,
he should have no hesitation in reprimanding Paul
for his negative talk in the above verses,
and Joseph Prince would have to rebuke Paul (Phil 2:25-27a):
Philippians 2:25-27a NIV
“But I think it is necessary to send back to you Epaphroditus, my brother, co-worker and fellow soldier, who is also your messenger, whom you sent to take care of my needs. For he longs for all of you and is distressed because you heard he was ill. Indeed he was ill, and almost died…”
Joseph Prince would have to say:
“Paul, you should never mention
that a fellow worker of yours
was so ill that he nearly died.
That is speaking negatively.
Don’t you know you can speak something negative
– and even death into fruition,
regarding Epaphroditus?”
Let me throw one more in by the Lord Jesus.
To be true to his
“Death and Life are in the Power of the Tongue” Theology,
Joseph Prince would have to rebuke Jesus (Matt 26:38):
Matthew 26:38 NIV
38 Then he said to them, “My soul is overwhelmed with sorrow to the point of death. Stay here and keep watch with me.”
Joseph Prince would have to say:
“Jesus, you shouldn’t have mentioned
the word, ‘death’.
In case you aren’t aware,
let me teach you this truth that
‘Death and life are in the power of the tongue.’
If you speak death into your soul, you will really die.
But if you didn’t speak death and speak life instead,
you would have escaped death,
and you wouldn’t have been crucified on the cross!”
Can you now see that such
“Death and Life are in the Power of the Tongue” Theology
of Joseph Prince have not only deceived believers,
but they have also served to shame and dishonour
the Lord Jesus and Apostle Paul.
Going by what Joseph Prince teaches
that we must always be positive and never negative
in our daily speaking, Bible teaching and gospel preaching,
a chunk of the Bible would have to be ‘deleted’.
Just do a study of how many ‘negative’ statements
(besides the many positive ones, such as Philippians 4:8)
are mentioned in the Bible
– and you would be convinced that Joseph Prince’s
‘Death and Life are in the Power of the Tongue’ teaching
is sheer garbage that ought to be chucked away
and thrown down the rubbish chute!
